FOUND MY CAR VANDALIZED after parking on the spot I was told to leave it by the renting agent on Enterprise premises. Before and after washing pictures attached. Paint is ruined for good on a brand new car. Rented minivan UNSANITARY. When turning air on smelt terribly of something rotten. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

By far one of the best location’s I’ve been to and the service couldn’t have been better. Richie was there to great us and get us taken care of, the car we booked was finishing up getting clean so he gave us a free upgrade for our long trip which was more gas efficient. While he pulled the car up Josh, Garrett, and Jake talked to us about our trip and recommendations to stop along the way. Great experience overall, will always pick enterprise. Thank you Woburn!

I would give this location no stars if I could. I was charged for coverage that I did not want for the car rental and location management has aggressively declined to refund me the money. Customer service is un responsive and regional managers have not taken action to look into this. It’s been 20 days since the charge. I feel as if I have been taken advantage of. Never again will I trust a company to be honest and provide good service. Renter be aware read you agreement word for word before you sign.

AMZAZING!!! Both Don and Drew were so awesome they did everything they could to help me and to make sure I wasn’t walking out of their business without my dream car!! They’re both the best! I can’t thank them enough!! And also very explanatory as well when it came to every detail of my payments and the benefits of enterprise! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was in the market for a new Mazda CX-5 or Honda HR-V when a connection of mine suggested I check out Enterprise Car Sales. Upon walking in the dealership in Woburn, Steven Gross was welcoming and friendly, and explained the process thoroughly. He took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for in my first car. He brought out a suggestion that was different from what I was initially looking for, but had everything I wanted and more! Thanks to Steven for his excellent customer service, I am really happy with my new vehicle purchase.

Driver beware….they seem to have a lot of cars on the lot with expired registrations. When I noticed mine, I tried to go to the closest enterprise to resolve it and I got pulled over. I get to that location after explaining to the cops and they didn’t have anything so I had to risk it and drive the car all the way back to Woburn. They went through two more cars before they found one with proper registration, knowing full well that if that cop decided to ticket me, I would have to work miracles to get that off my record. Check everything. They wasted half of my day with this issue that wasn’t even my fault.

Very friendly staff. Donald helped me find a great car, Ken made the paperwork easy, the whole transaction was quick and simple. Highly recommended.

After going through an accident that totaled the car mid February fortunately no injuries, we rented a car and also bought a car there from Steven Gross. Fabulous experience! Highly recommended for your car needs! Thank you Steven and Drew at Enterprise Car Sales in Woburn!

I reserved a nissan rogue online and was helped at the location by Jake. In person I upgraded to a Cadillac as the price was similar. It was a great and simple pickup experience. I had reserved it from Friday to Sunday but they were closed at noon when I tried to return it and was confused what to do. Google said I was responsible so I drove it home. When I tried to return it the next morning they tried to charge me for an extra day but after talking we worked it out. There is a 24 hour drop off key slot but it isn't marked and needs a sign. Or maybe if a return is on Sunday they let the customers know what to do beforehand. Overall a solid experience compared to most rentals.

We rented a mini van from them for our trip to Disney.. we loved it so much we headed over to sales department while dropping off our rental at 10:30 and left at 1 with our new van.. Josh was absolutely amazing! He had us in and out and interacted with the kids and kept everyone happy.. we also dealt the manager Drew who was also amazing! They made us feel at home and made the whole process so easy! We will definitely continue to go there!
