My car was in the shop for about two weeks and Enterprise made it such an easy process. Hannah was absolutely amazing and even helped me trade out my rental when it wasn’t the best fit for me. She was beyond kind and made the process so smooth. Recommend renting here for sure!

I was waiting for a form to come in from Enterprise to do a rating but I didn't see anything come through my email.  This review is for Alec Rempe.  I had an odd situation where I thought my personal vehicle was going to be in the repair shop for a week, but it ended up being in the shop for only about an hour.  Alec helped me through the process and was incredible honest and understood my situation.  He helped me out beyond what I thought would have been reasonable.  Thank you Alec!

If you want to wait on hold for 7 mins and longer for multiple times, then this is the place. After on hold multiple times be transferred to corporate for them to only tell you that the location doesn’t know what they are talking about. Call them back and give them the info again.  A JOKE!  If you have a CHOICE do not use them. I asked them to hold my son’s key to his car I picked up because I had to return to work.  They wouldn’t. I had to put the key in the car and leave it unlocked.  If I was to forget my key there they would hold it no problem. They said they can’t be held responsible. My son was on his was.  So they can’t be held responsible but they can allow you to put a key in the car and it he stolen off their property.  If YOU can CHOOSE your rental DONT abuse ENTERPRISE.

Reserved a car in March, got a call to confirm about a week in advance by a nice young lady. They day of the rental we got there and everyone greeted us hello and smiled. The young man got our account started and they quickly got us on our way. Very polite, professional, and courteous.

After an auto accident, I ended up in a long term rental through this location. Everyone I dealt with over a 4 month span was fantastic. Ended up swapping cars a couple of times and had some general maintnence needs along the way with no issues whatsoever. Shout out to Carter, Alec, Matt, Izzy and anyone else I may have missed. Seems like the phones are always ringing and they’re always busy at the store but they get the job done in a prompt, professional way. Thanks to everyone!

In always choose Enterprise as they give me the best service, best rates and best of all best cars! The personnel are very professional and very courteous! My choice every where I travel, business or pleasure!

Helpful and quick. The inside was clean and everyone was very professional. They were sold out of all the usual cars when we went and had to settle for something more expensive, but we still enjoyed it.

The staff at the Grapevine Location were awesome. From the time I arrived until I returned the car. Great customer service!!!

I understand that you are especially busy but guys: Hire someone to answer your phones! Once our repair shop drove us to you we had an exceptional experience and received top draw service.

The customer service was fine. The car was terrible. When there was no one in the passenger seat I had to buckle the seat belt to stop the alarm from sounding. The key fob batteries needed to be replaced, a couple of times it failed to unlock the door. Fortunately it had enough power to recognize I was close enough to unlock when I was at the door. The fob failed to open the trunk, I had to go back around find the inside trunk control. When driving in stop and go traffic or frequently stopping at traffic lights and stop signs the doors would continuously lock and unlock. It had several problems and I was glad to get rid of it.
