An excellent experience from start to finish. They picked my up at the auto body shop when I had to leave my car and brought me back to the shop to get my car when it was ready. Everyone at Enterprise was super friendly, helpful and efficient.
Enterprise in Fort Lee is a great rental car agency! The staff are fantastic - always polite and courteous. This location always has a variety of new vehicles at a great rate. Love the free pick-ups and drop-offs, which make renting vehicles as easy as possible. I will definitely be a returning customer.
The Enterprise team at Fort Lee have been great. I have been renting there for years and they have provided excellent, friendly, and helpful service. The cars have always been reliable, clean, on time, andf the pick up is very smooth. I can only imagine that Enterprise is a good company to work for - since the team, all young, seem happy and willing to go the extra mile to help out. I will be going back for my long-term and short-term rentals again. Thank you Fort Lee Enterprise!
Do not rent from this location! The worst place to book your weekend car. The manager of this location Mohammed pulled a disgusting trick on me. At first calling me to confirm my reservation a day before using corporate email and never called back. I confirmed and called the location twice in the morning since I live far in queens and it would take me 2 hours to get there, that is why I wanted to get a confirmation before I actually leave to the place and he asked me to send the purpose of the trip meaning business or personal and ensured me that I am all set. But when I actually arrived to the location he suddenly told me that he can’t confirm my booking because of purpose of my rental and he will have to cancel my reservation and do another one charging me double or triple. I specifically asked to confirm my reservation on a call with a manager in order to not travel all the way for nothing but this Mohamed decided he will play me dirty, not canceling my reservation until I actually make it to the location so I have no choice but to pay 3 times more than what I was suppose to. I have used my corporate discount code to rent with enterprise many times before and never had this kind of odd verification steps or issues at any location and no where in my benefits doc it is stated that I can only use code for business purposes. The only reason I am using the enterprise car rental is because I got benefits from my firm and I want to use it not facing money hungry managers who does not want to accept the corporate codes or pull out dirty tricks and then telling me he does not play games and it’s not his job to tell me that I can not rent for personal purposes using my corporate code but it is his job to confirm the reservation which he failed to fulfill. I honestly would be ok if he told me on the phone that my reservation can not be confirmed and has to be canceled so I have to make another one before I traveled all the way from queens or at least 20 min after I send him a purpose of the trip but no he decided to cancel it when I will arrive to the location. In conclusion I can say that I faced a very unprofessional and rude behavior from the manager of this location, even tho I called several times and asked if I am all set with my reservation, and my Saturday is ruined. This manager is playing money-hungry games with clients so please retrain manager at this location as he clearly does not understand the purpose of his job properly and why he is there.
From picking up the car to drop off this was perfect. I was matched with a Nissan Altima and it was easy to use, with a very convenient screen with CarPlay. The size of the screen made using Maps and my music east while still focusing on the road. The car gave me no problems. When I dropped it off, I just handed the keys over and got my receipt via email. Totally recommend.
I rarely leave a review but I just had to take the time out and explain how unhappy I was with this enterprise location. They were extremely unhelpful and didn’t even have the truck I was renting available at this location, they wanted to send me else where . I was extremely time sensitive and they didn’t even consider calling me to let me know I had to go another location for pick up. The manager was very rude on the phone and didn’t even want to help. Depending who I spoke with I got a different answer. Very unprofessional. I asked an employee if I can return before my schedules time since my personal car is getting fixed and she said no problem you would be returned any unused days, the manger then explains I would be charged basically my full time since they are closed and I would not be able to return since it’s a holiday weekend. I wonder what if I had made my reservation just till Monday what would his excuse be. They have a return key box for a reason!!!
We rented a car scheduled to pick it up at 5. They didn't have the car so they had to drive us a bit to another place to pick up the car. We ended up with the car an hour later, the car had no windshield wiper fluids which was annoying. Their staff is nice and friendly, we had no other problems with the car during our four days rental.
I had a wonderful experience. Noah in particular at the Fort Lee, NJ location always makes renting easy and pleasant. We will continue to rent with Enterprise!
I have rented from this location a few times, and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. Their service is fast and friendly, and the cars have always been clean and comfortable. It’s easy to get there from the GWB if you hop on a bus in the city and worth it for the lower rental costs compared to NYC.
