I on purpose took an appointment online like they advise you to do to be sure that I will not have to wait when I arrive. Despite arriving 10mn prior to my appointment time, I had to wait in the "walk in" line, without any priority line for people with appointment. After waiting in that line for line 10/20mn, someone finally was able to help me. Then, he told me that my car will be ready in around 45mn, and that I will receive a text message to let me know.  Still not getting any text, I came back around an hour later to check on the work, and noticed that my car was still not even in the stall. They only started working on it when they saw me coming back. From the time I dropped the car to the time it was ready, I spent over 2 hours there, which was quite annoying. The mechanics were the same people greeting and helping new customers as well, so often the lobby desks were empty.  The positive point about this place is that at least, they will honor their warranty on tires installed by them, and fix or replace them for free within 3 years of the installation. However, if they don't find the same style/model of the previously installed tires like it was the case for me, they will charge the "difference", and thus the free warranty replacement became a $47 charge at the end. Fortunately, not as expensive as paying the full price of a brand new tire, but definitely something to keep in mind though.

July 20th approx around 4.30 pm went to get air. Was told the machine is not working . I asked how the air tools were working and the reply was that the air machine was not working for the tires . The employee could have used an old fashioned air gauge to measure air pressure and could have found a solution instead of telling me the machine is not working. His suggestions  was . Go to gas stations or another location. Don't encourage businesses that deny basic essential services that are Air and Water. These were always free and should be available always. Retrain your employees or hire knowledgeable workers

America's Tire, in general, is a great place for your tire needs. The one I usually frequent is the one in Union City. This place is just awesome. Yesterday I got a flat on my Tesla and got it towed home since it was late in the night. This morning, knowing my situation, they accommodated me without an appointment and said it would take up to 60 mins for my car to be ready. They took my car in and were done in under 15 mins. They fixed my flat and rotated and balanced my wheels as well, in 15 mins. A huge shoutout to Dominic he's FAST, Tianna, and Manny. They rock!

Good customer service. Price for tire with laber a bit high. Love they fix puncture tires for free.

I called them today asking about their tire rotation and balancing package and they say you need to come and I ask when can I come they say anytime. I went their and they ask me to wait as 2 person ahead of me and when I asked how much time it will take he said 10-15mins and I end up waiting for 30mins and still didn't get the time although I say more than 2 person left while I was waiting. They cannot manage the time and telling lie on top of that which is worst and this is not only for sevice and once you get locked with them I don't know how much time you need to waste with them. Maybe not all America's tire are same but avoid this location by all means.

Great and fast service Tech was awesome at explaining what work needed to be done with my tire On a Monday they  we’re busy 15 cars ahead of me they explain I had to wait for a bit but I was there less than an hour Manuel N is what my receipt shows who checked me in A very pleasant kid I believe his name is Rangel worked on my car Good to see the youngsters working on cars

The wait may be long even when you schedule online but in the end I recommend purchasing tires here. They have a great road hazard tire warranty of 30,000 miles which is what gives them value. The warranty covers sidewall damage which is a super ++! To top it off, they price match any competitor! I have had my car for a year and I am on my 3rd set of tires thanks to the warranty. My vehicle does not play well with pothes. For those of you that drive EV's  with low profile tires, you know what I mean..

It was a long wait, only because they didn’t have the tire in stock at the moment. Besides that Efrain helped as much as he can to reassure me that it would get fixed the same day.

I had a flat tire as there was a nail on the rear right tire of my 2017 RDX, which has about 22000 mileage and the tires are still in good condition. So I don't want to buy new tires which costs about $250 for each. So I made an appointment at America's Tire Union City location, and arrived at 11am on Saturday morning, and they were busy. Folks there are super nice. The folks at the check-in checked my the flat tire which I put in the trunk, and said no problem they could fix that. Many cars were already waiting in the line for service, so I parked my car in their parking lot to wait for my turn. Like 15 minutes later, it's my turn and I drove my car up to one of their working stations. After 20 minutes, the flat tire was fixed and installed on the car, and they also put the spare tire in the storage inside the trunk. I was preparing to pay the charge, but they told me it was free of charge. It was a surprise! The whole great service took about 40~50 minutes. Thank you very much! I will come back to America's Tire when I eventually have to replace the old tires.

I just wanted to say thank you to the team at America tire especially Jose Esquivez for his professionalism and willingness to help me get my vehicle repaired the same day.  My tire was a special order purchase and they still got my tire the same day and and had me back on the road to my home in Sacramento! My business will always be with Americas Tire because regardless of which location your at there always consistent with there customer service!
