Best place to rent a van . Excellent customer service ,easy pick up easy drop off ,100%recommended

I rented a van from them and they were very accommodating and extremely helpful. I am thankful for all their help and if I was to rent a van again I would definitely rent from them again.... I highly recommend them.... the guy at the desk was so helpful and extremely nice!!!!

Shalom. I have had the pleasure of doing business with this company for some time now. They are courteous and caring. This company is concern about their clients safety. Their vehicles are constantly inspected. The representatives, Mike and Jeremy has extended their time after closing hours because of the heavy traffic coming into NJ. Who gives this type of courteous and concern theses days? I can surely say this company does!

Me and my family rented a van from Vans R Us and after 1hr into our trip a tire was blown out, only the mercies of God kept us safe. We change the tire and put spear on and another 1/2hr into the trip spear tire was also gone. I now had to buy a tire so I called the company to inform them right away and they said I will be refunded upon returning the van. When we return the van the gentleman at the office refuse to refund me and said I have to mail in the receipt so I can be refunded. I am still waiting for a refund of a tire I pay for with my own money. I even took pictures of the tires. All the tires on the van were bad. how can you rent families traveling with young kids a van with no good tires and how can you as a business person loose a great customer over the price of a used tire. Van R Us are very unprofessional. Please do not rent vans from Vans R Us and if you do make sure you have good tires.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!. DO NOT RENT A VAN HERE! I had terrible experience with them. I wouldn't give even one star if I could. Two owners Michael & Jeremy are rude and not very professional. I rented the van couple of times and one day there were no one in the office and made me wait in front of office for more than an half hour. After a long wait, finally I got the van and I realized later that they did not clean the van. There were trash, empty cans and bottles all over the place. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!. DO NOT RENT A VAN HERE!

Very bad service and unprofessional workers,. I rent a van a week ago and they call me telling me they have somebody else because they going to pay more so how is crazy is that. NO rent there!!

Reserved high ceilings van for Saturday morning for a rafting trip. When I arrived they tell us that only the outdated low ceiling ones are available. They are taking advantage of the fact that there is no other option for me at that point. There is no way I can find another 15 passenger van available on Saturday morning. I asked for a discount at least and they said no. It was basically take it or leave it attitude. There is 'simple car and van rental' in palisades Park who provide much better customer service. Go there.

This company is the WORST! DO NOT RENT FOR THEM. We rented a 15 passenger van that broke down an hour later. The office closed at 5, and no one was available to help me it after. They are rude, unprofessional, and really didn't even seem to care at all. Save yourself a MAJOR headache and call a reliable company instead. I ended up using a company in Astoria, Queens that were AMAZING!!!!!

Well I had a wonderful experience. I first called in to make a reservation, spoke to a man and was told to come in. Went for the pickup early in the morning everything went smooth, I even left my vehicle there for the whole rental time!! Great rates also!

I tried to make a reservation with this company. The representative on the phone was furious when I asked for comparative rate with other local rental companies for a 15 seater van. His response was either take it my rate of $280/day or don't call me again. when I called back to make a reservation, he told me to go else where and hung up the phone on me just for asking why did he upset earlier for asking comparative rate with other company in NJ. Few other companies who is in the similar business rents 15 seater for $150/day in NJ. I will never do business with this company.
