I was gonna rent o lease to own a car with this company but seeing all this reviews, im not doing it, seems like they suck!
Was recently hit by one of their drivers, Adey. He was completely unprofessional during the situation and took no ownership or responsibility for his erratic and unsafe driving.
Worse experience ever!!! I've been paying and have proof of all my payments and my car was still repo.. I went into the office to show them my proof of all my payments with there receipts and mine and Victor did not want to sit down and go over the proof, he actually was trying to have me step out of the office to fight with him. He seemed out of option and excuses to try to justify that the payments weren't there which he didn't want to show me where I had owed money. He kept walking away and not want to speak to me and said I had to pay $2,300 to get the car back out. I left I called the police filed a report of harassment and now im going to my lawyer to sue this company for stress and extortion. I'm also consering involving channel 47 news.
How is it possible that with the current situation COVID-19 you guys don’t give people a break to make payments? Even if that person was sick and couldn’t work, that’s unacceptable and inhuman. And your customer service representative it’s rude and unprofessional. Not cool. We’re supposed to help each other in this crisis. You guys want the car back?, well, come and get it, you’re going to have a lot of people in the same situation so it’s your loss.
I’m so backed up on payments . I finished paying my Camry 2014 a year ago and I’m still paying so much a week for ez pass. $100 for the fee of passing the toll. Horrible attitude and very quick to tow the car from you if your a day late !
This place is ridiculous. I called them to ask a general question not asking for prices or anything of the sort just asked for information on patment methods accepted and the receptionist from sales said you have to come in. I'm not taking an hour trip for response to a general question what professional way of business is this. I now see why they have such low reviews and why the vehicles they show on their websites have such low miles because they must REPO the cars like other reviews state below mine.
would not recommend. These people overcharge and are not organized. They charge 1k for deposit, and are quick to tow car. I feel like they “ez pass ticket” you to death
this is really messed up. these guys are crooks. i payed 10 weekly payments and they didnt count them i had to take them to court i would suggest you to stay away from these scammers. this was my first and last time doing business with these crooks
The worst experience of my life, I honestly do not recommend anyone trying to rent or lease to own a car from this company, they are money hungry, even charge 700 for a towing fee
Beware this company is unprofessional , scammers and bad customer service . Will cheat their way to get money out of your even take you to court over little things .. there’s a bunch of companies out there that can be better than this
