The Knoxville Enterprise team did a great job. A short walk across the street from baggage claim to the garage to pickup your vehicle. My rental was outstanding it only had 5K on the odometer, super clean! I will be back...LOL
Got there at 630am knowing they open at 8am. Told agent I was waiting and to let me know as soon as they open. Then when she opened at 8am she told me I didn't have to wait that I could have gone to the outside podium agent and gotten my car when I got there. Would have been a great piece of info to given out when I first talked to her.
I signed in at the terminal with Cameron. She provided the nicest and most sincere customer service I’ve seen in a long time. It was my first time flying into TYS so she kindly gave me directions to the car park where the vehicles were located. Signs were also posted along the way and easy to follow. Enterprise had a plethora of vehicles to choose from that were clean and ready to go. The staff at the pick-up/drop-off were as equally as amazing as Cameron although I did not get their names. Rates were competitive with their peer companies. If I fly through TYS again, Enterprise will be my go to.
Everything was great! Reservations were submitted online, picked up the vehicle as scheduled and it was clean and ready to go. Dropped the vehicle off with no issues! Will definitely use Enterprise again
Very upset. I am a monthly customer. It has been a week, and i still havnt received my $400 deposit. However, they absolutely took their $300 fee. I am furious, i was a loyal customer. Gets you nowhere nowadays. My CC SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN CHARGED!
Friendly service, car was clean at pickup. Nice to do business with. Easy drop-off too. Would rent again from this location.
The agents i encountered were great and accommodating, i have no complaints and got the service I'm accustomed to. The cars were atrocious and not what I've come to expect. I was first put into a Charger that smelled of smoke and then was littered with trash in the center console. I was then offered a couple cars that would have been a downgrade from what i requested. I was then put into a pickup. It also smelled of smoke not as bad as first car, but it wasn't until the next day in the daylight that i noticed how dirty it was. Seats were stained and floor mats all muddy. Had to pick up a client and was a little embarrassed to show up in smelly dirty car.
We rented an Enterprise car at the Knoxville airport. The customer service representatives were courteous and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure we knew how to contact them if there were any problems. Our first car didn’t have enough luggage space and they were able to exchange it immediately. I highly recommend them!
Best car rental experience I have ever had! The girls working were so nice I wish I could take them to lunch! Cameron and Maron were amazing! Went out of their way to ensure my grandma was comfortable! Easy in and out! Great vehicle!
The staff at Enterprise Rental Car in Knoxville Tennessee was amazing! We came from California a party of eight and they couldn’t of been more friendly and the service was excellent! 10 stars
