I always get the best treatment from Enterprise. Starting with the website reservation the process was seamless all the way to the turn-in Kyle helped me through. Service like that and close proximity make Enterprise my go to for renting.
update #3 Thank you to Jessica for getting this issue resolved. Im not sure what she did differently but she got it taken care of!!! when they reply with send us an email so we can look into this....they dont really mean it. I think its just for show so other people will think they care! They DO NOT CARE they WILL NOT HELP YOU!! Seriously sent everything they asked for and i have heard nothing. And I have still yet to receive the refund from any of the avenues i have taken.Poor customer service and they have lost a customer that rents cars atleast 6 times a year, but as you can clearly see they dont care. We have been charged a citation for a toll in Florida when we were camping with vehicle in Pere marquette Illinois. We have called 9 times and everytime we are ensured it will be taken care of. Then to find out every time nothing has been put into the system at all. We rented the vehicle in June here it is August and nothing has been done. They automatically took the money out of our account and refuse to put it back in. We have proof where we were and we only put 300 miles on the car. No way we could have driven to Florida from Illinois and BACK!! Its very frustrating when absolutely no one will help. The issue should be easy to take care of if someone would take time to look into it but they wont. We have rented 5 cars this year from Enterprise i guess we will be taking our business else where. And i have millions of views on my google reviews so sorry to say i really hope people see this and stay clear of renting here. Its a 1000 miles 1 way to Florida from our house.
Never in my life have I gone to an Enterprise and left feeling better then when I showed up. This Enterprise is by far the best one I’ve been to. They have the best service and call you a day in advance everytime. This is my second time having to rent a car from Glen Carbon and I have never been disappointed. Not only that they are extremely responsive and helpful. They make renting a car super easy and honestly a little fun. I was recently hit and had to have work done on my car. Enterprise was at the mechanic shop before I arrived for my 830 appointment. Jonny helped me out this morning and he is very intelligent and gave remarkable customer service. He did a great job along with the entire staff at the Glen Carbon Enterprise.
Reserving a vehicle on Enterprise website was simple. Their staff called me shortly after making the reservation to confirm. They had the vehicle I wanted ready when I showed up. Everything went very well.
Enterprise at the Glen Carbon location always provides excellent customer service in knowing the questions to ask and quickly preparing their vehicles for the next renter. On this particular rental Auggie was courteous, professional and fast in getting us ready for our rental.
Nick Bottom was super helpful and nice. He made my reservation pickup a breeze and provided my with all the info I needed. This is a good location besides their somewhat limited inventory of rentals available
I’ve never had any issues with this location, vehicles are always ready and turn in is pretty painless. Nicholas took care of our pick up and was very helpful
The staff is quick and attentive. My cars are always clean and ready to go.
Super cool ppl and they make sure you are takin care of.. a little more professional then the ones in Memphis,Tn.
