Took a few days to get a rental due to my vehicle being in the shop.*** I was calling on a Friday and they had Monday afternoon available, so that was partially on me***They did accomodate me at a different location other than the one State Farm set up - I was able to pick it up on my way home from work and that was so much more convenient. I got my car, paperwork, did the walk around and I was good to go. Zero issues with the vehicle and I had it for just over 3 weeks. Easy drop off.
Comfortable car, prices were the same as every other car rental. The vehicle I got was larger than the style I reserved so the mileage was less what I wanted. But, it was very roomy. The car was also sitting on empty when I picked it up. I get the "bring it back like you found it" model, but a car should never be on empty. My biggest complaint is that this car had been used previously by a smoker and no one said anything about that. The sun roof was open so I didn't notice until I shut it. The car stunk for the entire trip.
Your team is great. Professional and top notch. But 70% of the cars I rent from you smell like Pot. I am not a picky man but I rent cars for business. Perhpas you should start enforcing and charging for those that stink up your vehicles.
Anna helped us, and she was great. When I got in the rental, I noticed a chip on the windshield and ran right back in. She assured me it would not spread and gave me a plastic measuring device to track it in case it did. It didn't. The van was beyond pur expectations. We really enjoyed it.
Adam went above to help me with my rental this past weekend. I was surprised that the check process was fast. I had a small issue with the car, but overall it was a great experience.
The first car I received was a Chrysler 300. Our drive would be 9 1/2 hours. Every time it rained, the back end of that car would move, it wouldn’t matter if I was going 70 or 30. It waved back and forth like a semi in high wind. I called customer service. He told me it was dangerous to drive to drive an extra hour and a half out of my way to get to Baton Rouge. My reservation will be at National. Well, National was closed at the location he told me. Enterprise did not have a reservation for me, but was accommodating. So I receive a Toyota Camry. We drive to our vacation in New Orleans and park it for the next 3 days. We go to leave and find that it has an Illinois plate on front and Louisiana plate in back AND a small crack in the windshield. Again, I call customer service. That lady did not listen to me when I told her where I was. Exact road names and towns. I then proceed to just go to the nearest Enterprise and that gentleman tells me he has no vehicles to replace mine with, if it were him…..he’d just book it back to Illinois and IF I get stopped, just show them my rental contract and I should be okay.
Absolutely terrible customer service. We rented a car. The car had broken brakes. We then called roadside and they sent us to this O’Fallon location. We arrived there in our unsafe car just to be met by an incredibly rude women saying they can’t help us at all. Meanwhile my handicap dad who is in town for cancer treatments is being forced to reschedule. How can you have reps so rude to handicap and so unwilling to help. I would recommend renting anywhere else.
Avoid the Russian female at the O'Fallon IL location at all costs. She is very rude and unhelpful at being a customer service representative for this company. She gets 0 stars at her position! P.s. this is not a slam to Enterprise as a rental company, just specifically one employee who has no customer service skills in being polite to someone who was an inconvenience to her job that day! I've had a great experience in the past with this location.
When my wife was in a small wreck that rendered our family SUV un-drivable, we needed a rental. Luckily it is part of my insurance policy so I was directed to Enterprise in O'Fallon Illinois. I showed up close to the end of their day, but that did not stop them from being friendly and courteous, which really helped considering the day I already had! They had several SUV's to show me and allowed me to decide which one I wanted. A quick inspection and I was on my way. Since we had the car for an extended period of time, we had to bring it back for a service inspection in 30 days. Again, the employees at the O'Fallon Enterprise, were fantastic, getting my wife in and out in a few minutes. Turning the car back in was just as easy as when we picked it up. Over all this experience was outstanding. Thank you O'Fallon Enterprise!
The people were very friendly and professional. Check out was pretty quick. I would have given 5 stars but, the last few times I've rented, I've had to fill the tank, when I thought the tank was supposed to be filled when I pick it up. Overall great rental place.
