My overall experience was great. My sales man Jared was great and very helpful. Paul worked with my bank to get me a great rate even after I was turned down at first. Buying a car from Enterprise in Wayne was easy. And the price was perfect for a 2 year old car with 61,000 miles. Thank you guys!
Super friendly staff and a great experience overall. I highly recommend reserving ahead of time to ensure they have a car available, this is a busy location with a lot of dealerships nearby. The pickup process was quick and easy, and the staff on-site were helpful and polite. 10/10
It was convenient for pickup and drop off. I rented a van and received a van that smelled of weed at first but lucky they were able to replace the van for another. The Van I received ran good overall and the staff was nice and accommodating. Also noted that both vans had no gas when received.
I’ve been an enterprise member for years and they are just not the quality car rental they used to be. Not only did I show up to the location to pick my car up to find out that it wasn’t there and put me in a smaller suv than reserved but then on return they tell me the car has damage to the bumper but can’t tell me which bumper or what the damage is. Finally I get someone on the phone and they tell me there is a small scratch on the under side of one of the bumpers and will take 2 months to investigate before they can give me more information. Who knows how much they’re going to try to charge me so a scratch that was probably there before I even drove the car. I guess now you have to make sure to take pictures of your rental vehicle from the ground now too before driving off the lot.
Although this is not the first time I purchase a vehicle from enterprise it was my first time conducting such business with Terence. We met via a phone call and from the start he was friendly, informative and professional. After transferring the vehicle for me he had me in and out of the dealer in about an hour or so. Through the entire process he was friendly and approachable. Great service!
If I can give a score 0, I would do so. I am so frusted of this branch's customer service, so unprofessional! To make a long story short, even after multiple phone calls and email, I did not get the full refund of deposit I made when I was told it would be on-hold until the insurance claim is ready. Later, I figured out that my car insurance covers more than their daily rental charge and covers longer than the period I rent out the car. They finally refunded some partial amount once to my account instead of the full amount after another phone calls and email of the proof from me. It was a waste of my time and I would NOT go back to this location AGAIN.
I have rented multiple cars from this location over the past few years and I am continually thrilled with the service I get from the staff and with the quality of cars they have. Amanda and staff are the bomb and make my life so much easier!
Terrible! Received a rental that was in horrible condition. Burn marks on interior, scuff marks and damage on the outside.Not to mention the car lost full power with my kids & newborn in the car at night! When we called, they asked us to drive the unsafe car back to put me in another car because I was not about to put my infant and 2 year old in a tow truck to tow the car.. .. but they had no inventory so I had to wait until they found Me a car.. never again will use this enterprise..
Great service but i wasn't happy for the fact that the car was full of dog hair in the back seat and trunk, the smell was bad. Next time I have to check carefully the car.
Just picked up my rental after a fender bender and the gentleman that helped me was very quick, efficient and friendly - qualities that are hard to find in customer service lately! Something that could’ve been a very frustrating situation was made into a simple in and out process!
