The Honda Civic I rented was fine. It ran well and was clean. The only criticisms I have is that on picking up the car the agent didn’t have the key fob and took a fair amount of time to locate it. Also I returned the car after hours and dropped the fob in the lock box. It then took two days to get confirmation that the car was received and I had to call twice in order to get the confirmation.

We were very happy with checkout, being advised of any updates about our lease.  The one thing I didn’t appreciate was being told I had to bring the car back before time, since I had paid to upgrade to this car and there reason was that they had sold the car.  I was scheduled to return it the next morning.  I honestly did not appreciate that at all.  Thankfully my car was repaired and we turned it in that same night.

We were in an unfortunate accident with a deer and the enterprise I was able to get my rental from didn’t have a car to accommodate my family. I took what they could give since we were 6 hours from home and 5 from our destination. Eric at enterprise in Wayne got us into a bigger vehicle and made the transition smooth and easy. So thankful for his effort to get us into a car that fit our needs.

My overall experience was great. My sales man Jared was great and very helpful.  Paul worked with my bank to get me a great rate even after I was turned down at first.  Buying a car from Enterprise in Wayne was easy. And the price was perfect for a 2 year old car with 61,000 miles. Thank you guys!

The process was super quick and easy! Daniel helped me out and he was very informative. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything.  Overall, it was a great experience!

Great client service by enterprise and specifically my representative Dan.  My car tire had a slow leak and there was a need during my rental to put air in the tire.  I mentioned to Dan upon my returning the vehicle.  Dan immediately offered a discount to my rate.  I’ll be back.

I made reservations online on a short notice needed car to drive to Ohio and drop off there, they had a vehicle listed so I booked when I came here I was made to wait 1hr to tell me they had no car available and that I had to wait 30 more min for something to be available. They said they called me early to tell me and left voicemail but I showed them there were no such voicemails what a waste of time. I went to Avis and was able to pick up a vehicle right in the spot. Don’t make reservations with enterprise online cause you’ll not have a car ready for pick up. This place in Wayne is understaffed there were about 15 people cramped in a tight room waiting on 2 associate to take care of them. Horrible experience

I rented a car and accidently left a newly purchased pair of pants behind the drivers seat upon return. I called to ask if they had found them and I was told yes and I could come pick them up. I did not make it in right away but when I did the woman who helped said she had seen the bag but could not find it. I was told she would ask around and have someone’s call me back. That never happened. I called 3 or 4 times after and explained that 2 people had seen the bag but no one ever returned my call. I was told once again that someone would call me back. That never happened. A total of 5 phone calls later and I still have not heard back. At this point it is the principal and whether the article was lost or misplaced I expect at the very least the common courtesy of a call from a manager to explain the lack of customer service. And now I have lost my money for the article they said they had and now can’t locate. I am quite frustrated.

First Time I’ve ever been disappointed by Enterprise. Reserved a Full Size Tahoe to take my family in for a yankee game. I was reserved this over a month ago. Got a call the day before my rep named Daniel. He told me they don’t have any full Size Vehicles available. He didn’t even offer a solution. Horrible customer service!!!! Awful location… Don’t Recommend!!! Enterprise has failed me. Also Daniel never called me back when I wanted to confirm my reservation 2 days before.

The employee eric is terrible and extremely lazy. … on top of that the staff will lie about hidden fees, and I found a half eaten apple in the back seat of my rental, completely white from all the mold covering it. Disgusting.
