I’m surprised by these reviews, because my child has had a great experience every time we’ve been here. My child saw Dr. Berg for a well-adolescent visit and was immediately referred to ENT due to enlarged tonsils. We moved from out of state. My child saw their previous physician nearly their entire life 14 years and they never referred to ENT. It’s disappointing that they never referred my kid, but Dr. Berg saw my child one time, saw the issue, and immediately made a referral. She took time with us and answered all of our questions. My child also sees an APRN for depression/ADHD medication and she has been WONDERFUL. She seems to actually care and takes time with my child. I’m a mental health provider and I would have absolutely no issue referring my own clients here for medical or psych medication.

I am having a hard time with my meds because they send me somewhere else when I told them I want something close by th Am going somewhere else better bye

My PA, Ms Osborne, takes time with me. She treats me as a individual & discusses all options. She never rushes me. The assistants r very friendly & accommodating. I am disabled, will go out of way 2 make sure I am comfortable.

My psychiatrist was good and I liked her a lot but the other people who work there are extremely disorganized, almost impossible to get a hold of, and do not care if you get your medication a week or two late. I’d been seeing my psychiatrist there for over a year because she was good despite the center being run poorly but it has been getting increasingly worse the past few months. I have waited on my mental health prescriptions refills for a week or sometimes longer. I will never go to them again. I suggest finding a doctor’s office you can reach easily via phone instead of having to call multiple times day about booking an appointment or trying to get a message to your doctor. Again, I really did like my psychiatrist but scheduling, getting a hold of someone, and getting what you need taken care of by anyone else is nearly impossible. I’ve never written a bad review for any business before but since this is a health facility I thought it was worth it to warn potential patients to seek elsewhere for their medical needs. Bottom line: if you need good mental health care this is NOT the place to go. You have to take so much time out of your day just to speak with someone and it can take a week or two to get prescriptions refilled. The way this place is run is completely unacceptable for a healthcare provider.

I have never been treated with such disrespect by a physician, until I came here. First, I had to see the resident Dunia Mardini who was very unsure of herself and left numerous times to ask the supervising doctor questions on how to proceed and what to ask. I was surprised at her lack of preparedness. Ultimately the supervising doctor came in; Dr. Mandy Gittler was rude and condescending. When I told her my family history and symptoms she said I was "all over the place" and didn't want to hear all my symptoms. I told her I was mentioning them because maybe they are related somehow. She also questioned why I was even telling her about my family history. She cut me off a few times when I was talking and told me I need to listen to her. She was extremely confrontational. I was not being heard and I felt like my symptoms were being brushed off. I am not sure why she chose this field or how she became the supervising doctor but I will never come back to this place. I spent 2.5 hrs of my time at this facility and was treated less than human. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

20 minutes and up on hold over the phone just to make an appointment, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I spent 2 years asking about my child's abnormal teeth and they played it off saying he might just need braces in the future but it was too soon to tell. Turns out he had an extra tooth that needed to be extracted asap. This is absurd since I had been mentioning my concerns to the dentist at every visit. Thanks to their negligence now my child is suffering the consequences. I trusted this clinic with both my children. Lesson learned, will not be returning.

Extraordinary assistance! Representatives are appropriately prepared. Cultivate area used to fish in my youngster's arm to draw blood EVERY SINGLE TIME. Presently I come here and they get it directly on the main attempt. No effort to fish in my youngster's arm by any means. The lone disadvantage is that they normally take somewhat long to call you and stopping. Other than that incredible staff!

Horribly disorganized. I needed them to order an X-ray. They never sent it out. They promised weekly appointments, which never happened. And my pharmacy has been contacting them for two weeks to get a refill. They haven’t sent responded.

Great service! Employees are properly trained. Foster location used to fish in my child's arm to draw blood EVERY SINGLE TIME. Now I come here and they get it right on the first try. No attempt at fishing in my child's arm at all. The only downside is that they usually take a little long to call you and parking. Other than that great staff!

While i was pregnant they where nothing but professional they helped me with alot these other reveiws are lies ive been going here for three years and have never had a problem with them or how they are ran their doctors are mostly females and they are one of the best places u can go
