Worship Workout:
Erin’s Fitness Club provides health ministries for churches! Erin believes that the body is your temple and as you seek to master a relationship with the Lord, you must also take care of the your body. EFC offers a complementary Worship Workout Class at her gym in Burbank and also at other churches. She is currently spreading her love for health ministries within the community and would love for you to join her. Erin’s Fitness Club has created doctor approved specialty programs for diabetics, weight management, nutrition programing, kid-fit programs both online and in-house. Erin’s Fitness Club has taken initiative to create a healthier community through their “Get Up and Get Moving” assemblies and workshops. While partnering with colleges, high schools, elementary schools, hospitals and churches, EFC has become well recognized in Los Angeles! Furthermore, Erin’s Fitness Club continues to educate health professionals, teachers, businesses and community leaders through online certification programs.
