Description

Rock 'N Box at 135 N. Victory Blvd., Burbank, CA 91505 is a one hour bootcamp boxing class for $15 (cash) that provides an intense hour of cardio and strength training exercises. We focus on heavy bags, crossfit movements teaching you how to box and move, to motivate the inner boxer in you.

Rock 'N Box teaches you the basics of boxing. From jabs to uppercuts, to offense and defense, as well as combinations, to make you a better boxer and get you in the best shape of your life!

Rock 'N Box takes you to the extreme and pushes your body to the edge! You’ll work the body and the mind, go the distance, and find the EYE OF THE TIGER!
