The Kettlebell Gym is a private training facility as well as holding semi-private and small group fitness classes. The emphasis is Kettlebell, TRX training and body weight training.
Lead instructor David O'Donnell is a former FDNY firefighter. After being forced to retire because of traumatic injuries, he understands the importance of fitness for life. Always interested in fitness he tried many fitness disciplines, with his extensive past injuries many didn't work. When he finally found the Kettlebell, it was so much more than it's simple lines relayed. He found it to be rehabilitative and prehabilitative in a way no other fitness regime had been for him. He is now a Level II RKC instructor. He brings his knowledge of the bell, his diverse fitness experience and his passion for living life healthy and pain free to each class or session.
We hold semi-private and group classes as well as offering private training sessions.
