ETSU’s QUEST for Success is a college transition program aiming to help underrepresented students achieve their college success.
The program is designed to serve as support and guidance for our students so that they can get acclimated to campus life while building a network of friends, faculty, and staff to assist them through their college journey while at ETSU.
We welcome all minority groups:
- First Generation Students
- African American
- Hispanic
- Latinx
- Low socio-economic status
- International Students
- LGBTQIA
- Disabilities
For incoming students, the program starts in August, the week before classes begin. Usually two Quest leaders will be paired and assigned to a small group of new incoming students. The Leaders will be responsible for attending training sessions, participating in Quest events, helping to keep students engaged in the Quest program, and be a role model and guide to the students as they begin a new chapter of their lives.
We also carter sessions for sophomore through senior year, known as Q2-Q4. If students decide to continue in our program after their first year, they are more than welcome. We also accept students every semester to our programs.
