I won’t be coming back, not because of the waxers, because of their assistants in the front. Rude, pushy and they talk trash about the people who come in and out, they have messed up my appointments more than once, charged me for services I didn’t receive, switched my waxer without my consent and on my last visit one of them was trying to sell me on the bundles they had I politely declined and she said and I quote “just take it, I spent time on it, it’s the least you could do” she mad me feel so uncomfortable and pressured. Will not be returning and will be telling all of the people I know who come here to find a new place! I hate this place! STAY AWAY!!!Services:&nbsp;Waxing

Just wanted to give a shout out to Abrianna! Saw her today. This was a last minute appt and they were able to fit me in and as always the ladies at the front desk are so sweet and help you feel comfortable every time.I definitely recommend her for a completely bare wax and didn't miss any hairs. Plus awesome customer service, which is hard to find these days! Always exceptionally clean and sanitary rooms and work areas, as well as lobby. Thanks Abrianna! Checked this place out because in my older age mid 30s I've started growing hair on my ears.   Not only is a razor difficult I've cut myself before but it doesn't last very long. I got the hair on my ears waxed and it was a pretty quick and easy experience. I expected it to be very painful but it wasn't bad at all. It's been a few weeks and still no bushy ears, so definitely more effective than shaving.  They take you back to a private room that is well maintained and very clean. Extremely professional and well established processes for the service. I can't compare the price but it seems like a good value in my opinion.  Also, first service is free. Nice surprise to try it out at no cost!

Service was great. The lady at the front desk was kind and for my first time my brow wax was no charge. The esthetician talked me through the process and the wax used. Way less pain than prior experiences at other establishments.

First time trying wax to take care of typical problem areas.  I have to say it was a wonderful experience.  The front desk person, Juli, was very nice and super helpful.  She explained everything clearly and provided great money saving price options.  I was taken care of by a tech, Vanessa.  She was very nice and meticulous about getting everything.  I was comfortable and at ease the entire time.  I'll be coming back and recommending this place to my girlfriend, for her and her two daughters.  Thank you for great first time experience...

So glad I came here. Nicole is an amazing wax technician & made me feel so comfortable. I'm so happy with the results and I'm extremely picky about how my eyebrows look and she did absolutely amazing. Would totally recommend, they're very professional & really good at what they do. 5 stars all the way

Jasmin was awesome! Very talkative and answered any questions and concerns I had about ingrowns, bumps, and chaffing. Service was easy, and she made me feel welcomed and secure. Definitely request her if you can!

Clean, professional staff, great decor and fair prices. I dislike the hard sales at every visit though.  Even if I come in on a prepaid package they're always trying to sell me. When my package is up, I'm out of here. I've had about a dozen services and feel high pressure sales every time.
