I've gone to them off and on over the past 15 years for various injuries, and most the time they have listened and considered the fact that I know my own body---what exercises they prescribe that might be too much. About two years ago, the therapist wanted me to do way more than I was cabable of w/o causing pain and my symptoms to worsen. Today I went in for my evaluation for a new injury----we had made the appointment by phone, and when I read back the date and time from my calendar, the scheduler said, "See you then."---but they did not have me scheduled. I was in their system, but no appointment today. Not happy.
I love Sam and Ashley and all the hard workers are so helpful and friendly. I look forward to PT even if it’s painful.
Santee Physical Therapy has been my saving grace in my TMJ recovery process! Anyone who has experienced TMJ knows how dreadfully painful it can be. All of of my experiences with the staff here have been great! Aria the front desk receptionist is always warm, personable, friendly, and professional. She advocates for each patient and greets them by name. Frank and Ryan the PT assistants in the office are always patient, accommodating, and friendly. Erica, my PT is knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and warm. I can't say enough about the team here! They communicate well and make each patient's treatment a priority! They have a very cohesive team and work hard to make every experience a great one! I give them a 5 star and would recommend this office! Side note: my husband has been treated after hand surgery by the staff in this office and he is a raving fan as well.
I had my first experience with tendonitis in my right arm/shoulder 8 weeks ago. I have been going to this facility during this time. Taylor and Ed have been the two main/direct Therapists that have been helping me, let alone the rest of the wonderful staff that I have had the pleasure of being helped by as well! What a Blessing and huge difference they have made with me, I was in some very serious pain and losing sleep. I am now about 90+% back to full usage of my arm/shoulder. All I can say is thank you Santee Physical Therapy ! I have one session left. I will miss these people, the atmosphere and professionalism .
I didn't know what to expect when I first started going to get P.T., but I the employees are very good at what they do. They actually listen to me. I would recommend that anyone who needs Physical Therapy go to Santee Physical Therapy & Hand Therapy.
I highly recommended this office. They all care about you getting better and your overall health. Absolutely love them!! Very very caring people. And Erica is the best!! If you need physical therapy. This is the place to go.

Very friendly and welcoming business. This is my first time having physical therapy and they make you very comfortable while pushing your body to get better.
