Very nice jewelers offering their service. I came in to get my watch sized from somewhere I bought online and was told I’d be charged a standard $10.00 which I was fine with. The gal who sized it was real polite and quick and said it will be on her today. I’ll come back here to get my gold chain in the future and all other jewelry. I recommend this location for all looking for good service and fair-priced, great quality jewelry!

I think Fred Meyers has a great jewelry store to see necklaces and ring gems to buy.

I called in to inquire about pricing in sizing up my wedding rings. I believe I spoke to Laura who was incredibly friendly and answered all my questions confidently. I went in later that day and dropped off my rings and not only did she size my finger to make sure it would be the correct size, she even double checked the diamonds to make sure they were real as I kind of had doubts. She told me that the goldsmith would be in the next day and that there may be a chance my rings would be done by the evening the same day and sure enough. Sure enough, the woman who called me the next evening was super friendly and happy as well and she was really nice when I picked up my rings too. The experience was really great and my rings look more beautiful now than they were when I dropped them off. They look brand new. I had a great experience honestly and they were both very friendly to my hyperactive daughter as well.

When I went in to get my engagement ring resized a while back the woman said the price and looked at me like "he should have spent more". My fiance and I were very offended. You don't know our life or what expensive is to us. You should never drop an engagement ring price! Shame on you. Be more professional

Been my regular store for over a decade.  Prices have - as everywhere - spiraled out of control.  Use the shoppers card, I get 100's off each month and a $1 off gas every month.  Go here, but shop wisely.

Went to have my jewelry inspected early and was told a walk in customer would have priority over my jewelry being inspected. I checked the website before going and the hours state they open at 9. In reality they open at 10. Went back later and there were 2 associates working. Correction, standing around talking. No other customers in department but neither one of them wanted to be bothered to clean my pieces since they weren't "due" to be cleaned and inspected yet. I guess the jewelry department at store 095 Evergreen Way gets enough business it can afford to be rude to loyal customers!

Took my wife's wedding ring in on two occasions for sizing and upgrade, both times the ring was lost. The second time an employee had gone home sick they had to call her back in miraculously the ring reappeared. Shady

I went in multiple times to check out the rings I wanted to buy for my girlfriend  soon to be faince  and every time I came in, Laura and Diane helped me out and answered my questions with a big smile. They were very respectful and polite. I would hundred percent recommend and would definitely tell other family members of mine to purchase rings or other jewelry here. 10/10

I ADORE these ladies!!! I walked in cold, and was helped by several lovely and professional sales associates.  I had many questions re the jewelry they carried and re services they offered and the pricing of everything.  All my questions were answered promptly, and they even cleaned my wedding band for me as a treat!  I bought several pieces at great sale prices, and have now had a few pieces altered/fixed. My questions are always answered & I always have a ton, and the staff are consistently gracious and helpful. THANK YOU LADIES!!

I have been a customer to this particular store for years. I have always worked with Diane or April!! I would HIGHLY recommend this two and these two ladies!! They were patient while I looked around and were extremely helpful especially  when I would like an item online!! I only go to this store and only work with these two ladies!! If your in the market for some beautiful pieces I would recommend this location and these two ladies!! Thank you you two for helping EVERY time I come in!!! I will be back again to find a amethyst ring next!!!
