fantastic prices on silver pieces, honest, informative, and polite. The staff went out of their way to Provide Me With An amazing experience! It may have been my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last.
Stopped in yesterday for the first time with my 10 year old son who has recently become interested in collecting different quarters. The owner/manager of the shop was incredibly welcoming, kind and full of interesting knowledge about history & coins. He was willing to take time out of his day to chat about beginner collecting and fielded questions from my son - even though we were just there grabbing a couple coin books and some simple quarters from the quarter bowl. Really glad there is a local business like this to rely on for support as my son's coin collecting hobby grows!
Upon walking into the store I was instantly asked If I needed help, the man was a very fast talker and ended up charging me 14 dollars over spot for silver bars. I am new to buying silver and I feel I was taken advantage of due to my fairly young age. I do not recommend doing business here.
UPDATE: 09/21/23 One of the employees named Scott called me today to address his employee Devrey's attitude yesterday. I started the conversation by making sure to show my support for their owner, who suffered a cardiac arrest yesterday. Scott related Devrey's attitude to that event and apologized for his 'curt' attitude. I hope Devrey and Scott are recovering from what happened yesterday - and that their owner pulls through his current ordeal. I still have faith in this location. It was great the day when I dealt with the owner, and I have confidence it will be great the next time I visit. Will update then. God speed Odyssey-2 crew. ORIGINAL REVIEW: 09/20/23 Came in here once and was excited to return. Man who helped me was awesome. However then I called today... Call answered by individual named Devrey who answered the phone after I asked about hours. If you want a place where employees will speak to you like youre worthless, this is the place. If you want a place where employees will try to correct you with incorrect information, this is the place. Seriously, what just happened? This place was awesome when this guy Devrey obviously was not there. Wouldn't recommend this place to my close friends or members of my club, solely for the way they treat customers.
Today was my second trip in to visit Odyssey-2. A couple of weeks ago, I met Ross and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. My visit today was amazing when I had a great conversation with Kristi and Stephanie, they both helped me make a great selection and were very friendly and personable. I highly recommend this shop.
I have been doing business with Odyssey for years. My experience was selling part of my coin collection to them on several occasions, I had tried Lizzy's and omg what a rip off in comparison. Odyssey gave us the best deal of any place in Snohomish County,!!!! If you DONT want to get ripped off Go to ODYSSEY!

Today I went to Odyssey coins and WOW they are awesome! Very knowledgeable about coins, jewelry and more! They took time to explain about wheat back pennies to me showed me how to tell a real stone from a glass ones. Very very kind! Not condescending which is awesome! Thank you thank you! I will definitely be back!
Ross and Scott are class act people. I felt treated like they knew me forever. They have a wealth of knowledge. The best coin store in the Northwest.
