Below is what got my kick-started into a healthier lifestyle! A few years I decided to make some changes to my lifestyle, I was out of shape, had a shoulder injury and just didn't feel good,strong or healthy- I was feeling OLD.. I knew I could be better..So I decided to gt back into the gym... RELUCTANTLY..I remember the first day back at the gym perfectly-- I didn't want to go, kept saying tomorrow, Monday okay Saturday...anyway I finally stopped with the excuses and drug myself in. The I went it was raining and cold- I got out and immediately stepped in a big icy puddle and was annoyed, I thought "seriously?! Screw this" and ALMOST went home but after finding excuses so many times I went inside anyway-thinking "fine, I will go BUT I'm not going to work hard"..but once I got in and was there it felt good! I was never so sore but for the next few weeks but I kept going even though I was sore if not to just bike.. From that day forward I vowed to myself I wasn't going to stop until I achieved my goals- I was sick of "starting over" and waiting til "tomorrow"- I knew if I didn't go for it I'd just be regretting/wishing/wondering where I would be had I not started or given up..The gym became my peace and I've grown to love my time there! And I am still at it.. I've learned to prioritize my health and make time for it,I learned to keep my son involved and not make him my excuse but my reason! I got up at 4a.m so I could workout before he got up-went to bed earlier, stayed home on weekends.. it's been hard but so worth it.. I conquered huge fears and did things I never dreamed I'd achieve..everyone's goal is different whether it is to lose 5 pounds,tone or compete but you need to make the choice to take action on a plan and STICK with it and not give up, if you want it bad enough you can make it happen..but you have to take the steps to start and remember results don't come overnight, long lasting results take time to materialize so be patient.. The first few months are the hardest but once you get in the groove it will become your "normal".

SMALL GROUP TRAINING: (up to 3 other individuals)
One Hour Group Training Session: $35 pp
