I love this gym. It is very welcoming and have many lifelong friends because of it. Workouts are tough, but fun. They are varied so no 2 days are the same. Plenty of equipment to go around. We do hero workouts and fun runs at Thankgiving. Highly recommend Execution Athletics for all your fitness needs!
Execution Athletics is a wonderful, welcoming facility for all your CrossFit and fitness needs! The staff is warm and welcoming and ready to meet its members and guests where they’re at. This is a great box for seasoned, experienced athletes and newbies alike!
My teenage son has been at Execution for a year and a half now and loves every minute of it! Sam is his instructor and they have built a wonderful relationship! Sam pushes him in ways that are safe and encouraging. As a parent, I am very pleased with the attention to form that Andrew receives. He has learned great habits that will let him a lifetime!
My son 9 has been going to kids CrossFit at execution for a little over a year now and absolutely LOVES it! Coach Sam is so attentive and positive with the kids. He loves to see each child push hard to reach their goals and beyond. We love that the groups are small and are more strict not mainly relay races or games so that it is an easy transition to the adult classes once they reach the age to join the main classes. My son is learning to meet his individual goals as well as be a team player and cheer on those who finish early as well as last. He comes out of the gym soaked in sweat and a big smile on his face. He is tired but so proud to tell me what he has accomplished in his workout!
I haven’t done CrossFit in about 4 years but decided to get back into it. I tried Execution based on some friends recommendations. I have a previously injured shoulder but every coach was very willing to help me modify movements or find alternatives. Some gyms try to push heavy lifting instead of proper form. I didn’t see this here. Coaches and other members are very friendly and motivating. It’s a great place!
I am so happy to have joined this box! Not only do the owners, coaches, and members there to help push through your boundaries, they make you feel welcomed. The WODs are great and the community is awesome!
I have been coming to EA for over 5 years. I can count on being challenged with the workouts. The coach lead education of lifts and movements is very good. EA fosters a sense of community and supports the local community.
Joined 3 years ago, lost 40lbs, was on the cusp of becoming a diabetic. Not now. Great facility, great coaching, great programming, great comrades.
Awesome gym for athletes of all kinds!! So many great coaches, classes and a fun and welcoming community! Come check it out for sure!! It’s the beat around!
Love my gym! Love the flexibility to basically be able to workout whenever I want while having access to the CrossFit workouts as well. People and atmosphere are fantastic!
