Triangle Fitness is a locally owned and operated gym. We are located in the Advanced Radiology shopping center down the street from the post office and across from Ottenberg's bakery.
Our gym has a "hometown" feel to it and a friendly staff. Even at our peak hours there's never a wait to use your favorite piece of equipment.
