At Executive Boxing we offer group classes for those who want to begin understanding the basics of boxing, while getting an incredible workout that will have you shedding off pounds in no time.
We also offer private lessons with former professional boxers who will teach you all about the Sweet Science and get you into impeccable shape while doing so.
The workouts include a great warm up, running the stairs of the mid-rise building, hitting the heavy bag, interval training to build stamina and endurance, low weight muscle training, and a very intense ab routine.

**NEW OPEN SPARRING ADDED TO TUESDAY AND THURSDAY**
-Sparring is a safe, controlled, and very fun way to really develop skills in boxing. We now offer open sparring during the 5:15 class on Tuesday and Thursday.
-The sparring is completely optional and you do not have to do it if you are in the 5:15 class. The regular group lesson will go on as well.
-Full headgear with a face cage, 22oz gloves, and careful control will all be provided while sparring.
