Worst management ever. Everyone in the office has bad attitudes except for one female named Christina who doesn't work there anymore and the friendly African American woman who takes the rent . They don't help you they just help to discriminate against you and look for violations bc they have nothing better to do. They steal so much money from everyone and still expect more money. If you have anything broken they refuse to fix it.

They complain about the length of your grass and curb appeal but don’t do anything when REAL problems take place such as stolen items from the property, property damage, or the hoodlums that roam the park at 11p sitting on your property. Oh and good luck having any lawn furniture in YOUR driveway. Once the weather gets nice, they drive around looking for things to point out rather than fix the issues already at hand.

Everyone in the office are very nice. The neighbors are really friendly. Many restaurants and shopping options nearby.

My "mother in love" lives here. Anytime I visit the park is well kept, with newer and older trailer homes. Of course you have people who take care of their area and you have ones who don't. From what I see Management does a good job of making sure the community looks good. I've driven by some Trailer parks and they look run down and terrible, this one does not.

Melanie who answers phone is extremely rude!! She had a terrible attitude, refused to answer any of my general questions and was not only not helpful by any means but downright unnecessarily mean

Not much to complain about here, I noticed other reviewers having a hard time but I've been living here for a little over 6 months now. Sure there are some people who love to blast their music so loud that rattles your windows, but the community is nice for the most part. Staff as well has been very helpful and insightful with all my issues so far too. Careful what others are saying on the reviews as not everybody is honest, or as considerate for the community.

I went in today because no one answered the phone only to be greeted immediately by a office worker as if I was not allowed in the property. I was caught off guard. When I greeted her with a friendly hello after my rude welcome I asked her about renting a unit or purchasing one. She then told me as she continued to block the door that there under construction and I can make an appointment and come back wow!!!! I told her I did call and no one answered but she ignored that. Followed with no units are open and I can’t purchase one. When asked when new units will come she said November or December and there 2022 as if I can’t afford it. I hate to say it but I was racially profiled and it was crazy. Only reason I gave a one is so I can write my review. By the way did I tell you she gave me an application and sent me on my way.

Hi everyone I just wanted to share an experience I had with bridgeview rosebud community. I've lived there for over 7 years now and never had a problem, just recently I had an annual inspection and had to have both front and rear Decks replaced. Not only did they replace them I never heard them do the work for the replacement decks. I work third shift and very long hours I did not get home until almost 4:30 that morning of replacement and I could not tell the time they came and finish the job I only noticed that they were replaced on my way out to go to work. So I called the office and and talk to Evelyn another outstanding employee and asked for the names of the gentleman who are responsible for the work that was done so thank you Thomas and Ben for outstanding work and above and beyond customer service.

Ive been waiting 6-7 years for skirting on my side of my trailer to be fixed they caused damage and now 1.5 years for the front of my house which they also damaged. Always get the run around when i call. Getting a response from eric the manager is unheard of unless you owe money according to a neighbor who owed backed rent. I wouldnt know because he never answers me. Or emails.. my neighbors siding is so damaged there are currently dead animals under there and are making my driveway filled sith flys and maggots. This park will never fix the water issues im sure. I will be taking legal action soon

It was a pleasurable experience nice and affordable lots of parking .
