I like the style and quality of clothing here. The customer service was good.
This store is very disorganized, the staff is rude including the managers. I felt like they don’t even want to work there because I was not even offered help. My experience was so bad and uncomfortable that I had to leave right away. Horrible!
What and amazing experience I had!!! Gigi thank you for helping me with the exchange of my pants for my suit and going an extra mile in finding it from the back room for me. Also the suit I bought online came without a hanger and suit bag, Gigi hooked me up with that too. Thank you again for such an amazing experience.
Found exactly what I was looking for. They even matched the price in-store with the on-line price.
Beware!! They will not take any returns once over the 60 day period. I was out sick with Covid for 1 month and they would not accept my return although I was only 2 days past the period. They told me to keep the clothes and exchange it when I buy something else but the hassle to do that is extremely frustrating. I wasted 45 min of my day for no reason. The credit card they also offer is also a scam. It charges you interest daily and not like other credit cards.
I went to go return some items. I checked online and the store hours said they closed at 8PM. I got into the mall and all the stores were still open around 7:35PM. I went to open the doors of the store and they were both locked. The lights were still on and I tried calling to get an associate, but no one picked up. Very disappointed, I drove out of my way to return these items on my way back to Orlando, FL.
Long line 2 cashier. VERY SAD. UNACCEPTABLE.
Be where they are scam artists sell a lot of faulty product and once you try to come back and make a return they make it Mission Impossible. Very rude staff, we had a very legitimate return to do we have the receipt and everything else and they gave us a million reasons why they couldn't then they tried to say it was already returned even though I was the one that bought it for my girlfriend they even started contradicting what they were telling me they held up a big line customers started getting aggravated we ended up leaving and biting the bullet but the staff was absolutely horrendous I do not recommend anyone ever shop at Express it is always a horrible experience when I go there with my girlfriend
Jenly is so patient and helpful! She helped me with an online order when an item I wanted wasn’t available in store. She spent a lot of her time helping me find a coupon through my emails. And she was able to use my Express credit card with my purchase as I did not have it when I was in the store. Jenly is simply amazing!
Bought 2 jackets. One I haven't worn yet and now I can't at all because the fake leather is peeling. The other I wore once and it's peeling in several spots. Never buy a jacket from here, it's the worst quality you'll ever find. Complete scam. Staff won't help at all, they just say call customer service who also doesn't help. Terrible company :-
