easily the worst shopping experience i’ve ever had in my life. went in for the sale on vans and upon entering the store was not greeted. just stared at. that’s fine i guess? not everyone is talkative. after about 30 seconds of looking at the shoe wall the two employees that were there a slim black girl with braids and a short fat girl with curly hair started talking about how creepy i look and LAUGHING at me. i should have gotten their names but i was so mortified i just left. i’m sure they thought since they were whispering i couldn’t hear them but i was literally standing 12 feet away. so embarrassing, i will never step foot in that store again
The Associates in the store have always been really courteous and helpful when I shop here. This is a large Tillys that has a good selection of clothing. Today it was hot as balls in that store. I was standing near the back looking at the clothes rack and I can feel straight up hot "oven like" air blowing down on me from the vent above. Please fix that!
I had a horrible experience at this Tilly's. Came to return a couple of shirts for a different size, Extremely unprofessional Dominique accused me of wearing the shirts and had the audacity to even call me a liar. She didn't want me to speak to the store manager, who does she think she is, she shouldn't be working there! I'm a loyal tilly's customer I've never been treated so disrespectfully. I hope corporate does better training with there employees.
Terrible customer service. We bought a jacket for our daughter's birthday. After one cleaning, the shoulder seam came apart and we called the store to complain. The store manager laughed and said there is nothing she can do! She was rude and did not want to help us fix the problem. This is how they treat the customer! I will never shop here again and we encourage others to not shop here either.
I bought a nike sb, and marcos was super kind with us. An amazing customer service and experience. When you come ask for marcos.
I love the customer service here. The workers are so nice and funny, especially mello, I was talking to my friend about a girl and she over heard and she started talking to us about it and she even gave us advice. Shoutout to MELLO. #MELLOLIKEYELLOW
