Spent 1 night here to attend family wedding nearby when all the other hotels and the "official" wedding hotel was full. Looks OK from outside but the room was dumpy and run down. Not dirty but really in need of major upgrade. And for this place I spent nearly 300 bucks. It was so not worth it. Don't stay here unless literally nothing else is available in the area or unless it's a heck of a lot cheaper than my stay. Might be worth a hundred bucks but this was ridiculous. The price to quality ratio was WAY off.
The front desk was very helpful when I had to fix a few things in my room. I reckon they’re sometimes very busy, but everything was resolved, so they get 4 stars from me because of the outstanding customer service!! They made staying here worth it. Such a friendly environment!Rooms: 3/5
The place looks nice on the outside but disappoints when you enter…rooms outdated, no blankets or a top sheet for the hideabed, had to call front desk, floors not clean. The kitchen is not stocked for an extended stay, have to request everything from a list. If theft is a problem, put a lock on cabinets! Expensive for such poor quality. Despite promises from front desk staff to split bill, never returned our calls, lip service. Hotel does not live up to Lincroft/Middletown modern community, do not recommend.
DUMPY IS TOO GENEROUS a word to describe the grossly overpriced room I booked here. Fortunately, it was a single night, if still long enough to endure sloppy housekeeping including a dirty cleaning rag untouched in the first-floor hallway for at least ten hours, a complimentary breakfast with baked products that were fresh when Ronald Reagan was president, and a decrepit bathroom faucet. Please see the photograph. Really!
The staff works hard to keep the hotel clean and safe for us guests, making the hotel a nice and friendly place to stay & feel secure while we're here. Robert, Linda, Nadine & Jackie have been very accommodating and helpful which I've appreciated since I had to spend weeks here recovering from surgery. Ive stayed at the hotel several months now and have enjoyed spending time with the guests who, along with the great staff, have created an enjoyable community here. They always kind, greeting us and asking how we're doing, always taking steps to make us feel welcome.
The extended stay in Red Bank is amazing. Everyone on staff is extremely helpful and always courteous. I'm very happy with my stay here and I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone who asks for a place to stay be it for a night or longer. The rooms are clean and spacious. The on site laundry is convenient. Keep up the great work to ALL staff
Nadine was VERY RUDE!!! AND THAT IS PUTTING IT LIGHTLY. My apartment was being renovated so I thought I'd be staying there longer than expected. I had to leave a week early and when I went to the counter no one was there. I rang but they took their time to get to me. Finally I left because I had to go to work. I ended up being charged almost 700.00. Linda told me prior to checking in that if I left earlier than the discussed date that I would be billed the difference. But not lie against me. No one called to check on me or the payment situation they just assumed and took the money. I am speaking with someone to get this resolved because its the whole point of it. I should have stayed at La Quinta they have fresh breakfast, a gym a pool etc and cheaper!!!
The worst hotel ever!!!! They place smells horrible...the rooms are dingy the upkeep is horrible. My husband's job put him up there for a few weeks. The worst hotel ever. They asked him to move from one room to the next. Who does that? And when he doesn't They move all his stuff when he went to work. Who does that? Is that even legal? You touch your guests belongs without their permission??? Ridiculous! Be ware folks stay clear of this place!
I am a medical student through the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. From my first day here, I was greeted by the Kind Manager Robert. Any assistance or pick me up I have ever needed he has always cared for and supported me. He has gone above and beyond his duties as a manager. Ms. Nadine at the front desk is an Angel. She always helps and cares for all of the people in the Hotel. She while not in medicine, is also a healer. Ms. Lynda is amazing and always helps me when I have forgetful days. She is kind and always has a huge smile on her face. I am also grateful to Lynda, Colette, and Ashlie who have all been very kind and helpful while I am here. I love the Extended Stay because it allows me to also be in the same living quarters as my friends. As medical school is tough, it’s important that we have one another’s support. I can always go to a friend for Dinner, or a quick grocery trip. I am grateful for the community here and am Glad I crossed paths with the people here.
Linda, Jackie and Nadine all "extend" themselves to make you feel at home and provide efficient, friendly service. It was so nice to have their smiling faces greet me after a long day of business. The hotel is located for easy access to the NJTP and several shopping outlets. Very convenient. Thank you to the wonderful staff of ESA Red Bank!
