At the time we were in there it's like you went to ask a question and you were bothering them.. I was really disappointed as I was excited to hear there was still an FYE store in the area and customer service was bad. I did not purchase anything
I have not shopped at an FYE in years. Not that I'm hermit and do not go to malls or anything like that. I just never had a need to go into the store. I remember when their primary M.O. was selling music and movies. I am pleasantly shocked to see how they have evolved into a sort of niche movie/pop culture retailer, selling all kinds of neat products. I was in the Navy for years and made many trips to Japan. I love that FYE has items available that I remember buying when I would pull in for a port visit!
I love coming into this store with my sisters and the staff have been really nice.
I wanted to give a review for the manager that was working today named Cory he was over and beyond helpful we were shopping for stuff for our wedding and he even gifted us a poster for the wedding. He should get recognition for his how he goes above and beyond for his customers. We will definitely be coming back
Friday night my family and I checked out this fye location. The staff went above and beyond to help with everything and the manager Nick was out of this world with customer service. It is by far the best fye in the area
They have just about anything you could think of when it comes to comics, gaming, and anime.
Most awful place I’ve ever bought K-pop albums at. Bought a cd today, broken, can’t even put it together, it’s in two pieces. Bought another album a while back, part of the back cover is messed up because they put some thing and it went through plastic. Majority of albums there have scratches and marks all over them. For 30, 40, 50 dollars I expect good quality. They have a good selection of new and old albums but if you feel tempted to buy an album, don’t. You can find a better price and better quality elsewhere. For other things it’s a pretty good place, they just apparently have no idea how to handle K-pop albums lol
Don't really have an issue with the store per say, the manager there just seems annoyed every time I come in. I don't always buy something unless there's something I want. Today he just kind of cut me off before I walked in and told me there's nothing new since Monday. I frequent this store alot but if I'm not welcome, I will take my business elsewhere. I don't really care for the manager they have there. He also seems super shady about certain things
They're very basic with what they have. Almost every fye is the same. However a lot of it is overpriced. You'll find a used DVD for a lot of money and the case is destroyed. I mean I'm not buying a movie collection for $60+ when it's used and the DVD case is busted. I can get those new for less than half.
Kind of miss the old setup where it was easy to find cd and movies. Hard to search for new releases. Seems like they've gonna away from selling then as much.
