Fairfax Inn Resuarant is one of Northern Virginia and Washington DC's few American Diners where our patrons are treated with fresh American and authentic Filipino home cooking (figures...this is a family business). Solita, the owner, has introduced a special home made Philippine ( filipino ) menu featuring South East Asian delicacies. Her most delicious and mouth watering entrees include Dinuguan, Adobo, Pancit, Longganisa (Sweet sausage), Lumpia and the halo-halo (Ice cream and crushed ice dish).
Customer favorites from the American menu include mouth watering French Toast, old fashioned home made ice cream shakes, and her daily specials.
Ask for Solita, the owner. She will take good care of you.
SALAMAT PO! (thank you)....
