I hadn't been to the dentist in years and had a pretty big fear of going due to some past issues. It was to the point that I cried thinking about going back. From the second I was greeted to when I left , I was completely comforted. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable, gentle , and THOROUGH. He was also super patient with me and made me feel like he really cared. Everyone there was just extremely professional and helpful! I honestly can't put into words how much it meant to me.
Had to return several times to get an adjustment for a filling that was performed, still not 100%. Then 3 months after the visit i was put into collections for $60, for something "insurance did not cover" even though i paid $90 out of pocket at the time of visit.seems like a normal practice because every visit there is something that my full coverage insurance doesn't cover, or the office adds things for extra money that they know insurance doesn't cover. Either way I won't go back.
Terrible and Thoughtless. We recently moved back to the area and in January made dentist appointments with Canton Family Dental for their next available appointment slots which were in August. August rolled around and when it was time for my daughter's appointment a morning appointment they called the day before and said they were moving the appointment to a later time in the day because they needed to have a team meeting during that time. My daughter is in school so she would have to now leave in the middle of the school day. The next week, when my wife and i had appointments scheduled, they called the morning of our appointments and asked if we could both come in for an extra hour because we haven't been to their office for 5 years. We both work and couldn't make that work. They said, "Well we won't be able to do a cleaning then because we have to get X-Rays since you haven't been here for 5 years". I asked them if they could get our X-Rays we just had done at our previous dentist on our last visit there if they needed to review them that badly While we haven't been here for 5 years, we HAVE been to a dentist regularly. They told us they would still have to get X-Rays and then we could get the cleaning in another 6-months when they had their next available appointments. Ridiculous. Why couldn't they have planned that when we scheduled the appointments 7 MONTHS AGO?!? Anyway, don't waste your time or your money at this place.
I’ve been going here for over 5 years and the staff here are always so pleasant to work with. If you happen to have any issues they are very upfront with cost and do an excellent job of explaining the pros and cons of each treatment plan. Couldn’t recommend more!
Kaitlyn has been my hygienist since I started coming to Family Dental of Canton and I have never been treated as well at a dentist/doctors office as she treats me. Not only is she excellent at her job, she has gone out of her way, at every appointment, to make me feel comfortable and less anxious. Her professionalism, compassion, and care is a rarity these days and I feel blessed to have found her and the dental practice of Family Dental of Canton.
Quick and easy. Staff was extremely nice and courteous. They expedited my emergency needs and we now have a plan to not only help with my immediate pain, but are working with me to improve my overall dental health moving forward.
The entire staff at FDC is outstanding; very friendly and welcoming. Tara, the hygienist, did an excellent job and Dr. McIntire is awesome!
Spectacular practice. Been with them for over 5 years now. Dr.A and her crew of professionals are the best practice in the Woodstock/Canton area. Not only do they give the best care and make each patient feel welcome, they are so much fun to visit… and I strongly dislike going to the dentist! Also, love the seasonal holiday tree in the lobby! Go and you’ll see what I’m talking about…
Dental office is very modern and clean. Staff is super friendly. The dentist , David Wilder, came out to greet me and said , he'd see me soon! The office runs very efficiently and. Everyone was conscious of time frame of services. I was informed of all of the procedures and Dr Wilder recommended additional treatments that would benefit me. Overall A+ service.
