I was there at 9:50 and one of the tellers she forced me to get out of the store with bad attitude because she told they needed to close ASAP and it wasn’t a way you should treat a customer I asked for her name and she told me Carmen Dorta but I really don’t know if she was telling the truth about her name. Terrible customer service it was a women between 25-30 years old with pimples on her face she shouldn’t work for family dollar because she doesn’t have the customer service I’m waiting to see her district manager to let him know.
Wow!!Bought some cheese there that was moldy on 4/27/2023 and tried to return it on 4/29/2023 and the manager lady there started to debate me about returning it. She has a huge attitude problem. The store not only sells contaminated food product but many times the cooler will have busted egg juice all over other food product. Will be filing complaints with the Broward County Health Dept for these multiple and continual violations that are a danger to the general publics health. Will never shop at a Family Dollar ever again and will warn consumers on the dangers that this company seems to not care about concerning public safety.
Terrible customer service. I just wanted to exchange a new pair of slippers, that were the wrong size. The manager was grilling me about a receipt which was electronic and he didn't know how to look. It was really just exchange but they treated me like a criminal anyhow. $10 Dolphins slides I mean who would want to steal those. Boycott Family Dollar.
If I could give zero stars I would. Store number 7989. Off university and taft. Employees are incredibly rude and dont know what they're doing. Very poor customer service. Attitude if you dont speak Spanish. Congrats on losing a loyal customer.
The worst family dollar I have ever been to. The so called manager is a snut nose little smut who always talking about men and her guy troubles in an extremely loud voice, so everyone in the store can hear. She's not a leader or problem solver at all when needs to be. She's just there for decoration. Her family must own the place & did some "favor" for someone to repay her with a managerial position. People who work here are lost, not helpful or pleasant. I rather travel an additional 5 miles on the opposite direction to another location. Not to mention this store never has any of the items you can find at another family dollar.
I've been going to 1712 univ for years however Manager Glenda is very rude & unprofessional had confrontations with her i've been called Headquarters since 06 27 19 spoke to person, Customer Service will get back left voice mails no respond. Will never set foot again. Guess company lets employee treat customer however they want . No action at all. Very sad wish i'd work at company let employees do as they please.
The cashier Cristina was rude. Laundry soap spilled in the back of the store, so my response was to let someone know. So I approached the counter and first words were " excuse me" and she completed ignored me, so I repeated my self no answer. When she finally decided to acknowledge me it was "yes" in a very rude way.
I applied for this store location and specifically went up there to speak with a hiring manager she told me that —wasn’t the specific store I applied to when I know I did . These days people like to profile before even interviewing or getting to know you . Will take this to cooperate very unacceptable!
Worst service and store. Store is dorty and smells and all the workers there cant understand english or prentend not to. Was declined a exchange of an item because or bs policy when i was handed the wrong item by the cashier who scanned it.
Very friendly staff and for the most part, well organized. I frequent this place when I don’t want to run to Walmart. Redbox right outside and conveniently placed.
