On the off chance you are still looking for a video store, they will have you covered, and at a good price. Good selection of new movies, solid enough on the older stuff. Free kids movie rentals. Theme section for the holidays. Video game rentals. Candy if you need it. Also offer disc repair. A dying breed, but they hold on and do it well.
A lot of people are utilizing apps & websites to rent movies now, but I still love going to Family Video! There's something so special and nostalgic about walking up & down the aisles, reading the backs of movies and finding the right one. I love going there for a weekend date night. Bonus- when you go regularly, you are always entered in for drawings they are having with prizes such as a free rental. I win one about once a month!
Always a pleasure, and usually get the movies I want. On top of this, you can sign up for their rewards and get free coupons every now and again.. just don't miss the deadline for turning in movies
I love there selection. They have stayed consistent over the years in keeping there store idles the same organized selection areas so theres no confusion where everything was moved to. Nice and simple just the way I like it. The discounts there was awesome!
The staff are always helpfull and friendly. And yes people still go to the video store. Get out of your house and try it you'll love it. 2 movies for a dollar!!
Good movie selection if you don't want to use on demand friendly staff very helpful always clean and well-organized got to keep small places in business to not just a large cable companies I think everyone has forgotten America was built on the small places instead everyone goes to the more of the big box stores and the family-owned places are going away like the dinosaurs
I felt like the guy managing the store was a jreak and needs help on his customer service. Also I feel like they should not have an adult sections thats so poorly not garded. May I add that the adult sections is right next to the bathroom so if someone was just standing waiting to use the bathroom they would be asked to shows ID.
They don't check picture I.D.s . Someone used my number and charged up my account. I wasnt even in the state at the time it happend .Why would they even do that as employees do they not care about fraud? Do they know it's like a debit card someone uses it at a store and you prove it wasn't you the bank will make that store pay that money back to the account and that store just lost money do to it's employee not checking for I.D. . It's fraud and the employee could in trouble as well. Good by family video. I really liked this store untill this happend
I love the employees here, they are always so friendly! They even went above and beyond to get me movies that weren't in stock. Wonderful!
The manager Brittany is absolutely wonderful she has the greatest smile she always welcomes you when you walk in the door and she has a very good assistant named Amanda I like to go inside even if I'm not renting anything just to say hello to those ladies they are so welcoming
