FAMOUS FOOTWEAR

last day to buy shoes for school and the staff greeted us immediately upon arrival to the store, although the store was hella busy. An amazing associate helped with sizing my children's feet for correct shoe size. The shoes were name brand and sold at reasonable prices. I loved the staff and the location, as well as the shoe variety.

Friendly Associates! First shoe store I entered that evening, that someone actually greeted me and tried to help me find the shoe I needed. Walked out with a pair after searching all over Cedar Hill for hours. The associates were very helpful and kind. They even offered to look for the shoe at another Famous footwear store if I could not find my size at that one. I am truly happy I stopped there tonight.

My son is older but refuses to have shoes with laces! Looking for shoes for school has been extra. Famous footwear had Skechers shoes with the Velcro and he loved them. We took advantage of the buy one get one half off. Even better they were in the clearance section. Mind you lines were long due to Tax-free weekend but it was a good score for two pairs of shoes! Long line didn’t bother me this past weekend!

Nice place to buy shoes. They had a great sale when I bought my shoes. BOGO plus an extra coupon. The only bad thing is that their selection for boys youth is very limited.

Have the hard to find sizes I need, but the shift manager?? Does not have good people skills and was very dismissive when asking for assistance. Before I could finish my sentence I was cut off and she turned and walked away to go watch the other employee hang banners in the window. Then did not greet people but the person on the ladder hanging the banners DID.

The rewards program is very beneficial for those with children. The app is very user friendly. Great selection and styles online too.

We returned shoes we purchased online. Double ordered. The girl was very helpful and friendly.
