Famous Footwear was a nice clean store employees had high customers service skills. I walked through a quickly I was looking for a pair of shoes. But I did not find what I wanted. No one asked me if I need it any help. I was looking for shoes with arch supports to support my back and my feet to prevent it from hurting. But I didn't find any shoes with arch support. So I left empty-handed.
Great place to get name brand shoes for the entire family. Prices a little high but you can always find a good deal in clearance which is where I always look first. Very clean and employees are quite helpful and knowledgeable
The customer service was great! Great variety and lots of items on sale! I paid under $60 for shoes that were listed at $90+ everywhere else!
Very messy and I was in the store and not one person assisted me or any other customer that I saw! employees were just standing around the register! I couldn't locate my daughter's size anywhere so I left... most famous foot wears I've been toast employees will ask if I need help and greet me when I walk in not here!
It was a pleasure to shop there. The Staff was knowledgeable and assisted me with my questions. The selection was adequate with styles for all ages and job descriptions.

Decent selection of shoes. As many places are short staffed, they are also in need of help. I wanted to try a pair of shoes on and they were on the top shelf. Couldn't find an employee to help so I got them down myself.
Wow! What a selection of shoes for the whole family! I have had to wear a special shoe ordered through orthotics for years because of a bad ankle injury. But here I was finally able to find a well fitting men's athletic shoe for this lady! That fit better than my "old lady shoes" and much more stylish!! So many styles and choices and all the great name brands. Plus great sales on top !!
Friendly staff. Didn't have the shoes I was looking for BUT I did find a pair I liked so I didn't leave empty handed. HAPPY customer. Still searching for the Reebok nano x1 adventure mint in an 11us
Great prices and friendly helpful staff. There's a great variety of shoes, boots, sandals, and more. They accept coupons but it must have a barcode for them to scan in order to receive the discount. If you become a rewards member you get discounts mailed to you and a discount for your birthday as well.
