I had purchased the wrong sized shoes even though they felt good in the store. I was able to work with Kay and George to return my shoes. Both of them were Asst. Managers and wanted to ensure I had a good experience on my return. Did I forget to mention, I could not find my receipt and I had discarded the shoebox but they still took good care of me.
Wish they had longer hours.. but I can’t complain, employees are nice & helpful!! My go-to for last minute shoes!! Buy online & pick up in store in less than an hour… my most recent order Vans 8 1/2 was ready 5 minutes after I placed it!!!
A really nice Famous Footwear. They keep it clean and well stocked. I got a good deal on some Birkenstock sandles.
Good shoe store, good service, reasonable prices. Definitely going back for pair of Nikes this week. Get the Famous footwear car and save, get specials and birthday awards.

The employee that helped me today was extremely helpful even was able to order the sneakers I wanted but they didn't have in my size and will be sent right to my house. Was able to find myself sneakers, my son two pairs and even ones for my mom for a Christmas gift all in one store for a change!
Honestly I was in a rush to try and find my lovely daughtera pair of boots for Catholic schools week. I was exhausted and drained from running all over,the guy was incredibly patient and truly went out of his way to assure I had a great experience. I could not have been more impressed by a salesman.
By hey have a decent selection. A bit of every brand. The prices are between $40 and up on clearance to season shoes. They serve Men, Women and Kids. They do a Bogo on socks. They also have bags and backpacks. The employees are helpful and willing to help measure you if need be. Check it out for a quick local grab. Hope this helps!
