Beautiful and well equipped library. Friendly people. The only downside is the process it takes to get on to WiFi as a guest. It feels like crossing the border into East Germany in 1974.
Went yesterday to print something off. The attendants were super helpful and kind. They got me a guest pass because it was my first time there. If you want to get a library card you need your ID and proof of residency. I will make sure to bring it next time! To print 1 black and white paper it was 10 cents. The establishment was huge, clean and a very nice atmosphere. I look forward to coming back.
Used to be a great place. I went there a lot as a kid. I went in the other day to get a library card and they want a photo id, which I understand. But also date of birth, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, and a second form of proof of address. That is ridiculous for a library card. So much for being for the public. Its easier to buy a car then to get a library card.
The Farmington Public Library is always very clean when I go there. The staff are always very nice and welcoming. Especially when I am on the computer and I need help printing or faxing important papers. The last thing is I really enjoy the children’s side of the library. It is very organized and I love how they do story time with the kid’s. Thank you for being a pleasant library to go to get things done!
Star for cleanliness. Applaud this place for giving me a headache because they don't want to show you how to do something but agrue with the explanation you're trying to use. That's what happens when you wake someone up from a nap. You get a grouchy person. This library hates people trying to succeed because some of us have to travel to get to the internet, which discussion posts are due, papers need to be downloaded into Dropbox, and so many other internet use. I would understand if I slept for 30 minutes, but the way he approached me just made it worse. I can't deal with the racism here because I see other "people" do it, and they are sitting right in front of the main desk. Come at your own risk

I always have a good time here. The staff is always helpful and they have an amazing selection.
Farmington library was an excellent place to visit, it's where learning takes place. It's a great library with friendly people who are eager to assist. Thank you.
It was pretty new to me. I love nonfiction because I want to really understand how the world works
