Farrell's is always an intense work out! I work out in the morning and it sets me up for success all day - I have more energy, I eat better, and I drink more water than days I don't work out. The work outs are great, you rotate between kickboxing days and resistance band days and no matter what work out it is, you are consistently challenged. I love the variety between density sets, iso days, and Fun Fridays... it never feels repetitive. From the moment you start Farrell's 10 Week Challenge you are set up for success with a coach - to help both in the work outs, with your nutrition, and holding you accountable. When you are a FIT member, it is rewarding to continue on a journey of a fit lifestyle in the family-like, encouraging, and highly motivating atmosphere!
I love Farrell's!!! It's a really great way to get into shape and everyone that works and works out there is really nice. I noticed how positive all the people are and how the other members, coaches and trainers at Farrell’s just want to see you succeed. That for me is an awesome experience that I have never had at any gym I have ever been to!! And there aren't many gyms that you also get to know the owners and get a chance to work out with them too! 5 stars all the way!!!!!! Results are guaranteed if you really stick to it!
I highly recommend Farrell's!! I used to have a membership at another gym that had a variety of classes but they are nothing compared to Farrell's classes. These classes are high intensity. It isn't just kickboxing class. Every other day is kickboxing and the days in between are resistant band training. Also, they teach you about nutrition and how much you should be eating to maximize your results. During your first 10 weeks you are given a coach that helps hold you accountable to your nutrition plan and to coming to class. That part was huge for me! The instructors are great and make the classes fun. If you have tried other gyms that haven't worked for you, I highly recommend checking out Farrell's!
With the encouragement of some amazing friends, I attended a week of classes during their "Bring a Friend" week. I honestly did not want to go, for fear that I would not be able to physically do it. I WAS able to do it and although it was incredibly hard, I really liked it. I joined Farrell's for a 10-week session in April 2017. What I initially found most reassuring was the genuinely helpful, friendly staff and members. Everyone was very supportive of me and other new members, not hesitating to partner with us or offer encouragement. The energy I gained by attending alternating kickboxing and resistance training days has made me feel human again and not so blessed tired all of the time. I have been able to be more active with my kids, my friends, and for myself. I am feeling so much stronger and my confidence has really been building. I easily decided to continue after my 10 week session. Farrell's dedication to their members' nutrition and physical changes is just what I need.
I started Farrells in July 2016. This was the best decision I've made for myself and my health. My life has changed completely. I look forward to going 6 days a week. The staff and membersof the gym have become family to me. The support is unbelievable. The coaches are AMAZING. I have under gone a complete transformation. I HIGHLY recommend this gym for anyone. This gym is the only one I have found that motivates me, disciplines me, and gets me excited about working out each and every day!! If I was able to give it 10 stars I would!!
Farrell's at King's Crossing is exactly what I was looking for in a workout. The coaches, instructors, and other members were very helpful with everything from proper form and nutrition guidance to holding me accountable to attend and participate. Right away at the first workout they make you feel like you fit in and belong. You're not just "another person at the gym". The 45 minute workouts fly by with high energy and high intensity and the results are amazing. It didn't take me long to sign on to continue my fitness journey as a FIT member.
For me, Farrell’s is a lifestyle. When you make a commitment for change in your life, not only do you transform the way you look, you transform the way you live. It’s my goal to give a level ten effort daily and It starts with a healthy nutrition plan and 45 minutes a day. Farrell’s will teach you to make healthier choices of nutrition and guide you through the workouts. The workouts are intense and everyone encourages each other to reach a level ten effort. Each instructor has their own style of workout, so the workouts are always different. Hold yourself accountable and you will see the results. FXB!!
Farrell's has changed my family's life completely. My brother instructs at Farrell's and for many years has been on my husband and I to join " Give it a try"... we put him off until this year... we had used all of our excuses! So my husband joined in the Winter 2017 Session.... and lost an amazing amount of weight and toned up.... he has never felt so good about himself and in 14 years I have never seen him this thin! So after seeing his results I thought " I could try this", I didn't have a lot of weight that I wanted to lose but could definitely use some toning! So I joined in the Spring 2017 Session. I lost 10 lbs and 16.5 inches!!! I LOVE IT!!!! It is not only a stress relief after work what is better then beating a bag after a bad day, the group at Farrell's is like family. They push you when you don't feel like giving your Level 10, it is such an uplifting atmosphere and you are always greeted with a smile. We have both signed on for the next year and more... Here is to our NEW life at LEVEL 10!!!
Farrells is a great way to restart your life! If you are ever wanting a change and you're ready for it, this is definitely the way to go! Staff is amazing and friendly and always willing to answer any questions that you have on your weight loss journey! Farrells is a MUST if you really want to loose weight and learn how to keep it off once your original challenge is done. They don't sell you supplements or any crazy diet plan, it's all about learning how to loose weight and maintain the lose in real life conditions, you cook regular food and don't have to spend a fortune on shakes and bars like a lot of other diets make you. It's the best program out there!
Best whole body and wellness plan - worth every penny & every drop of sweat. I joined Farrell's over 6 yrs ago to add variety to my workouts - To take a break from years of running 5days/wk. I had every intention of completing the 10 weeks and returning to "full time running". Being someone who works to get the best from every experience I gave the 10 weeks my all - I was seriously concerned O might actually gain weight and lose endurance. Surprisingly I lost a few lbs, my running pace improved and I lost over 7 inches. Six yrs later I still love the program and have essentially maintained the same level of fitness, Lower body fat even after turning 40 a few yrs ago have met manyexceptional people and witnessed countless amazing transformations! #best workout #Level 10 life #power & purpose
