Shows package has been 'delivered' on two separate occasions. When I call 800 number, turns out it's a lie and the box is sitting at this location. No local number to call and the other FedEx location with a local number refuses to give out the number for this location. Looks like the other reviews indicate that the driver for this location simply doesn't want to do their job. Seems about right. FedEx can thank this location for my decision to never use Fed Ex again.
Would love to be able to pick up my package from here. FedEx has made up "shipper restrictions" to prevent that. No other shipping company is as difficult to get my deliveries from. Such poor customer service.
None stop problems with this location I have had 13 packages yes 13 that have been stopped due to custom issues or shipper issues and I spend a week or more to get my packages all my packages that come from in the states same issue has showing it will be delivered then doesn't call them oh sorry we don't know when it will get to you. The last package took me 2 months to finally get it whenever I see it says fedex for delivery I dread it with this location worse service possible corporate needs to step in and if corporate is okay with this behavior I always spend the extra to go with another shipment company
Can't reach anybody at customer service! They left me an invalid door tag! They didn't even knock, while I was home! There was nothing even written on the door tag. It just had a door tag number and barcode.

Delivered my 2 packages to the wrong address. 02/07/2023. I was suppose to have 3 packages delivered. The other package shows my porch with a package but no package was there when I checked.
Spent $1000 for a massage chair. Guy delivered one of two packages and even left his hand truck here. Very upset. I can't even use it
Opens at 9am? This is the only ship center that I know of that opens so late. People inside are nice though.
My package was there the FedEx corporate told me to go to the location with my ID and my tracking ID in order to get my package but the lady at the front desk was rude and mean and said they can't get her package because it's scheduled for tomorrow so she ain't going to walk back into the warehouse and grab it just to wait for delivery I let her know I'm not going to be available the rest of the week and that they told me I could pick it up at the current location she said no you have to wait told me to get out
Great workers! They are super kind. Too expensive to ship international though
