I saw Dr. Fernandez for a consultation on referral from my dentist. I had an in depth private discussion with one of his staff in his public waiting room about the cost of the procedure which included personal financial information of mine. I was not charged or told there was a charge for that day's appointment, even though there was a sign in the window that said "Payment due at time of visit". Thirty days later I received a bill in the mail for $90. Clearly someone should have told me about this charge before being seen, or at least at the time of the visit. Bad form Dr. Norbert Fernandez.
I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Fernandez this week, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience has been. Dr. Fernandez is an amazing and compassionate doctor who takes time to listen to his patients and explain the process thoroughly. The staff at OMSAA is extraordinary, and they really go above and beyond for patient care. I am truly so thankful for Tanya, who is the most wonderful surgical assistant. She is the kindest person, and has been so amazing throughout the entire process. My surgery went smoothly and quickly, and although I unfortunately developed dry socket, Dr. Fernandez and his team were quick to get me back in the office and help me to continue my recovery with minimal pain. I also have bad medical anxiety, and everyone at the office has been so patient and reassuring to me, always willing to help with any concern I had and answer all of my questions. I would recommend OMSAA a million times over to anyone looking to get their wisdom teeth removed, and I am sure they do an amazing job with any other services they offer. Thank you so much to Dr. Fernandez and the entire OMSAA staff for being so amazing!
I recently got my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Fernandez was very gentle, cared about how I was doing throughout the procedure, and was very patient. I am so happy that I went to him for this procedure. The staff and nurses were also very caring: one thing that really stood out to me was that when I was in my procedure I was gripping the arm chair very tight, one of the nurses noticed and brought me a stress ball and placed it in my hand. I felt immediately more at ease and was very grateful. Definitely a great practice filled with great people!

Dr. Fernandez fit me in same day to have a broken tooth dug out so I didn't have to suffer over the weekend. Him and his staff were very professional, kind, and caring just a bunch of beautiful people. Dr. Fernandez was very careful and made the experience as stress free as he possibly could.
Dr.Fernandez squeezed me in as an emergency and was superb. He is as gentle and kind, extremely knowledgeable. His entire staff was professional and puts one at ease. Thank you for an excellent experience.
They are fantastic here. I don't often give a 5 star, but this one was automatic. Everyone is genuinely pleasant, concerned and attentive. They truly make what could otherwise be a negative experience into a positive one, or as positive as they can possibly make it.
Friendly staff and DR. Fernandez is very sensitive toward your immediate situation and cares about your recovery.
