Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine & a 3rd degree Blackbelt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor under Professor Rubens Rodrigues.(Rubao Carioca). Competed and instructed in Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai kick boxing and Mixed Martial Arts since mid 90s. One of the 1st few BJJ Blackbelts in the state of NC. Experience makes all the difference!
What separates our gym from others in the area is experience. 20 years of brazilian jiu jitsu learning from Many BJJ & UFC champions. Teaching & training abroad allows us to bring our students the most diverse training in the area to go along with the highest ranking jiu jitsu in the state. The personal fitness certification adds to each person reaching all their goals and surpassing them! NO egos allowed! Kids or adults, come train in a fun, friendly enviroment.
