At The Forum of Salisbury we offer over 17,000 pounds of free weights. We have a selection of squat racks, smith machines, pre-set barbells, and several incline/decline and flat benches. We also offer 2 sets of dumbbells starting at 5 pounds up to 150 pounds that increase in 2.5 pound increments.
We also offer over 60 pieces of cardio-vascular equipment . Try out our new Precor Treadmills, Precor Ellipticals, Precor Upright and Recumbent Bikes, Stair Climbers, and Step Mills. All of our cardio-vascular equipment comes with a wireless cardio theater.
