In my opinion, this is the top store to buy sneakers! Just bought my son a pair of Jordan's here.
it a shame, the customer service this place got i spend 500 hundred dollars in clothes and shoes pants was to big, so I went and axchange with my recipes,they wanted to keep my original recipe with me out of merchandise,I paid with a credit card, they supposedly have to return money to my credit card, guess What, they tried to still the item that is why they want to keep my original recipes, becarfo if you go shopping at store #357 alerts
Their customer service is amazing & always willing to do w/e is necessary to help/assist you, & they’re pretty much always available!! Every time I had any questions/issues lost package’s thanks to UPS screwing up, NOT Finish Line!!, the customer service rep.’s knew exactly what to do & they got it done right then!! Not once have I ever got stuck talking to a rude or unhelpful customer service rep. with Finish Line... My family shops at FinishLine.com & at our local store often. I have & will continue to recommend them to others...
Worst customer experience I have ever received. About a week ago I had went in the store to purchase a pair of shoes. They had to order them online because they did not carry the size. A few days later I look up my order and it has been canceled due to inventory. Well its been over a week and still no refund. I have received 3 different answers about my money. Me and my husband go back to the store and a woman named CHERYL approached us with a sorry attitude. My husband asked for someone that was in charge so we could get a correct answer. She said "well I'm a manager therefore I believe I'm in charge" my husband said "umm, okay well I think we have a problem" she then said "no, you have an issue not a problem" she did not explain anything and was very rude and unprofessional. I have not received my $200 back and finish line will no longer have my business due to this one MANAGER named CHERYL.
My boss stopped in he is a sneaker addict the guys running the store we're super professional nice and plesent attitudes and helped us right away
After spending hours today trying to find my 11 year old niece the perfect pair of sneakers without success and near giving up we went to Finish Line! Paul Annas saved the day !! He was so helpful and really made my niece feel special and helped change her defeated feeling into pure excitement and happiness!!! Will most certainly come back!!
Bought the new Jordan's for my son. I paid $140. Went to Footlocker after and the same shoe was $190.
This is the absolute worst Finish Line experience I have ever had! The lady who helped us was rude and very unprofessional! She acted like she was doing us a favor by going and getting our shoes as if that wasn't her job! I will never go back and matter fact I will never shop at Finish Line again and definitely not the one at Valley Hills Mall! Terrible personal. They were TERRIBLE!
My only question is where are the shoesI mean the selection leaves much to be desired‍
