The employees here are so helpful and friendly! Bug remembered my name after more than a year of not seeing her! Houston rang up my small jewelry purchase, and when he found out it was a birthday gift, he gave me a cute bag and arranged the tissue paper so nicely! I was floored at the friendliness and thoughtfulness! Thank you!
We love buckle..the service was always great..always enjoyed our experience there..BUT we noticed a few absences lately..come to find out Bug and Houston and Emily are all gone suddenly..and there’s only one person we recognize..the service has faltered and I think the store will too..we have taken our monies elsewhere
Always a pleasure to come in here, I always find something new and fresh. The staff is always amazing no matter which Buckle I visit. I love how I can find jeans to fit my body type, belly, beast and no butt! Jeans are the worse to shop for but Buckle makes that part easy! Staff always willing to help and won't get on your nerves and are always smiling. Love Buckle!

I purchased a belt on the 26th or 27th of Nov. 2022 it was delivered on Dec. 2nd. the belt started coming apart within just a few weeks, the closest store to me which is Hickory NC is 45 min. away with that being said I did get the belt back to the store on the 29th of Dec. The employee that waited on me told me it was to late to return the belt and there was nothing he could do then proceeded to ask if I wanted him to throw the belt away for me , I didn't say anything at the time but all the way home the more I thought about it the more upset I got with the way I was treated at the Hickory location, the belt wasn't that expensive it's just the principle of it for me.
Awesome store.The sales clerk was awesome, Her customers service was excellent and her manners were spot on . Best shopping experience I've had in a very long time .Thank you again and I will be back .
