I was returning a suit for my brother yesterday the suit was the wrong color, but I won’t fault them on that since I wasn’t there when it was picked out and the worker was very rude to me because it was brought back in the wrong bag. I had never been there so I didn’t know it was the wrong bag. Now I’m not upset about this because I get it, it’s the wrong bag. So I told them I would bring the right bag back the next day, the guy proceeded to say “wait, let me check and see what else is wrong first.” Automatically assuming we messed up everything. The suit was returned in great condition, not missing anything, still in my dad’s suit bag. The manager said it was completely fine to bring the bag back the next day, not to worry about it he was so nice. So today I show up at 10:50, the store opens at 11. I wait until 11:10, the doors were not open, the lights were off, and no one was inside. I had my newborn baby with me and she was fussy and ready to eat, so I had to leave. I call the place once I get to my car and the guy same as the day before gets an attitude with me and says we will be charged a late fee!! First of all, how are you going to charge a late fee on a bag that’s poor quality when the suit is returned, and second, how are you going to charge a late fee when I drove 45 min to drop it off and YOU were late opening the doors by 10 minutes and weren’t even there for me to see. We will not be doing business here again due to the horrible customer service. Very rude.
Not only do you get the best suit deal price in town the gentleman knows exactly what he is doing and how to size you and fit you for the exact right fit! I would highly recommend this store if you need a suit!
This is the place for men's suits and accessories. The staff of super friendly, alterations are quick and the prices are super cheap compared to any other store. We bought a complete suit, pants, shirt, tie, socks, shoes for our sons high school military ball for around $250. Everything, can't beat that. And it looks awesome!
This was the 2nd time I've been there and the 3rs suit I've bought. I shop on the clearance racks and found a white suit that I'd been wanting for a while. 3 piece suit for $85 and seems to be good quality. They have BOGO deals sometimes on their full priced stuff, so there are times when you can get 2 suits for around $180. They also have a great selection of fedoras and shoes.
Suit City saved my wedding! I came into the store that morning in a bad way. Men's Wearhouse completely screwed up my tuxedo rental the day before my wedding. Thankfully, Sandeep had me covered; no sweat. He fit me into a new suit that felt great off the rack and completed the look with a fresh shirt and vest. The pants were expertly hemmed and tailored in record time. I cannot thank everyone at Suit City enough for helping me pull off a great look on my big day. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend their expert service, great selection, and excellent pricing.
My groom and his entire wedding party got their suits from Suit City in Hickory. Our wedding was in May and we began getting set up with Suit City in late February and March. All of the guys got fitted and Suit City sent in the order for the suits. All of the suits came in in a very timely fashion and Suit City did a great job with the pant alterations. The groomsmen got their suits for less than the cost to rent them plus they now have a suit to keep. We didn't have to worry about returning rented suits immediately after the wedding which was nice. We had a wonderful experience at Suit City!

I needed a new blazer and slacks. I found Suit City after checking a few other places. Sandy took great care in helping me select my clothes. They have a great selection, and most important, my size. Their prices are very competitive. I picked up a blazer, slacks, shirt, and belt for about the price of a single coat at another store.

Took my 3 family members here to find matching suits for a wedding. I had been here before & we enjoyed the same great service as before. Went here with my fiancé and son to find the suits for our wedding. The staff was very helpful. The gentleman that helped us made it a very enjoyable shopping experience. I knew what I wanted and he helped pull all my ideas together. We were in and out in no time. Everything that the salesman pulled for my fiancé and son to try on, they loved! Very comfortable clothes, shoes, and environment. I love all the different styles of suits and shoes they offer. We definitely will be back.
