Had a rental issue with another location but Adam made everything right. I bought a suit instead woth them and he was super helpful to get me in and out and offer recommendations and advice.
Went in with a couple of my groomsmen to pick out our suits for my wedding. Right away I was greeted by the store manager and assistant store manager. Both took great care of us and listened to what I was looking for. Clearly never being married before, I had no clue where to start but they had been through this many of times and used their expertises to make great recommendations and ultimately have myself and my groomsmen looking sharp for the day to come. I won’t buy a suit from anyone else now due to that great experience. Thank you guys and I will recommend anyone to you!
My son went here to rent a tux for his prom. After he was measured, we came back for a fitting and everything was too big. The manager re-ordered everything and it for perfectly! Thank you so much for fixing the situation and getting everything here on time! He looked so handsome!
The staff here were awful when we went. Went to get my fiancé a suit for our wedding and the guy who did the fitting looked and acted completely clueless on everything he was doing. Not sure how he even got the job. When we got the suit for the wedding, the pants had a hole in them and was overall just not in great condition. For how much we paid just to rent I would expect it to be in better condition. Just a terrible experience and a terrible rental. Won’t be returning
I was at Hickory NC today and this was the worse experience I have ever had. This store did not even rate a 0 star. I went on line and made an appointment. I am the bride to be and while I did not have specifics I did have a general idea of what I want on our wedding day. The sales man was not attentive, did not seem to have any knowledge of products and was NOT helpful at all. I'm not sure if it was because I didn't have specifics in mind but just that general idea or he just didn't have the experience. We ended up wondering around and around by ourselves. On top of the salesman, there was NO product selection unless you were slim and fit. I hate to tell you but not every man is skinny and not every bride wants to rent a tux or suit. When asked if there were at least jackets and /or vest within my finance's size we were simply told no. When I asked for a little time to think...the salesman just went off and didn't return for quite some time. I could not even order a vest to be made because the selection for my colors was so awful. By the time we left the store I was ready to scream or cry possibly both. The ONLY plus side was the we not the salesman found a suite in the size I needed for my fiancé on the clearance rack. I will not be back to any Mens Warehouse nor will I recommend the store. It truly was an horrible experience.
Their alteration woman is excellent at fixing suit!
This place is absolutely awful. Dont use this place for your weddings. When I went to try on my tux, they had to adjust the pants and the jacket. Then I sent my parents to pick it up for me, and on the day of the wedding, I didnt even have half of the tuxedo. I had to go back again, and pick up the rest of what was included. It gets better. Found out that they wanted it returned the very next day after the wedding. Do not reccomend. I wont be using them that's for sure!
Awful experience. Should be renamed to Dweeb Central. Took forever to get any service. When we finally were helped, we were lucky enough to not get one of the dweebs, who were walking around looking scared and clueless. Lisa was knowledgeable and great, but the suit, once received was a disappointment. It looked worn-out, Shirt collar was very frayed. Pants leg had a very noticeable hole in the seam. Another member of our party wasn't so lucky as to get Lisa, and their clothes did not fit at all. The pants were two inches too short. The shirt was wayyy too big, hanging way off the shoulders on both sides, sleeves drooping past the tips of extended fingers, and just looked like a parachute.
I was there only one time and had plenty of help showing clothes and shoes. Will be back.
When I walked in Andrew,,, I hope I'm getting the name right was fitting someone for a wedding or something. So I walked around lost checking price's and looking around. My turn. I told him the who what when and where. The tape measure came out and he went to work. Jacket, shirt, tie,jeans,belt,shoes and sox. Never said my budget. And what he brought over to try on wasn't the most expensive by far. What he did bring over was for my build hair color etc. I said what about the red tie. Nope to aggressive. What about the blue shirt. Nope doesn't go with the shoes. When I tell you his style I.Q is tremendous it's a understatement. He was right about everything. When I got home my daughter didn't recognize me and my girlfriend told me to get in the house before the neighbors got home. The nurse and the stripper. Never had a better experience buying anything. Tea with the Queen of England or on trial for my life. Super comfortable. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you.
