The customer service in Hickory NC is terrible! Stood in line waiting to exchange one item, they let me stand in line while the check out person did a huge exchange, she never offered to call anyone else to check other people out. The store was full of employees, and one employee even came up front saw me waiting, and the huge exchange the check out person was doing and just walked away. When I asked for my exchange item back because I didn't want to wait any longer the person at the check out acted completely unprofessional. It's a shame I would rather shop online than in my hometown store.
There wasn't a shopping cart available anywhere to put my child in so I had to carry him around the store while holding my other child's hand. It was impossible to shop. And it was extremely warm in the store. They had a few good deals but I wasn't able to shop because I had to keep hold of my children.
I really like Old Navy. I have been a customer for over 10 years, the clothes last. Thank you. God bless you all.

One of my go to places to shop for clothes. They do always have sales but mostly online only.
I went in because they now have larger sizes. I found 2 pairs of jeans that I liked but wanted a different wash color in one of them. The cashier looked it up and said that there was only that wash for that style. She told me about ordering online from in store with free shipping and when trucks came in to check back for restock. I checked out and was very pleasantly surprised that both pairs of jeans were 30% off! I ended up getting two pair of jeans for about $45! I was very happy!!!
My girls found some neat clothes in their size, pleasant experience and it was really good to catch up with the GM Laura for a bit. Very professional. Thank You Scott Brittain
Huge store compared to others, plenty of room to move around and navigate the different departments. I was very impressed by the size ranges they carried, with styles to fit everyone..
Staff was friendly and helpful. Selection was really good and store was very clean. The best part about the visit was the girl that had a training badge on at checkout sorry forgot the name, I personally walked out feeling better about my day just by her sharing her positive vibes.
The staff is rude they are always yelling at the employees and making them push cards and rewards I overhead one of the managers saying that if they don't get them they can send them home or fire them and that is just wrong some of us don't want to sign up for those things and it's not the employees fault. When I was in there they had one of the employees crying they were being so mean that is not how a workplace is supposed to be I will not be going back.
