The staff was helpful when trying to find the right pair of shoes and also the right size. Definitely great customer service.
I went in with my family and there was literally two other people in the store along with three employees. The other two customers were being helped while an employee at the register stood there with no intentions on helping us. I timed how long I was standing there with a shoe in my hand waiting for assistance. Then he looks up and asked have we been helped. When he came out with the selection he didn't offer no services after that. I just left the boxes there and walked out. Total fustration!! I believe he was the MANAGER too!!
Terrible shopping experience. The manager Ariel has no customer service skills. I came to buy a pair of shoes for my son and he acted like I was asking for a handout. He did not greet me and barely acknowledged me. He definitely should not be dealing with the public with that lack of personality and poor customer service skills. We have purchased many shoes at finish line and he tarnished the company’s reputation with his lack of customer service.
Horrible customer service!! Time for someone to call #Help me Howard for this store. It looks like they make a habit of making it difficult for customers to make returns. Ariel Delfino "store manager" didn't even want to help his crs resolve the issue over the phone and hung up. I bought a pair of shoes that aren't fitting my 3yr old 3 hours ago and now they won't let me return them because the system is down. No solutions offered...no store credit....etc. however the same "system" will allow me to cash out something brand new right now if I wanted to....doesn't sound right to me.
Came in 1/16/18, received help from the store manager Ariel and I couldn’t be any more satisfied! I needed help with some new running shoes and he went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right fit. Would definitely recommend shopping here
Went there to return shoes at 10:40. Door was open walked in. No employee in sight. 10min later employee walks out and looks at me like I broke in. Says "we're closed". I asked why the door was open and he stated he didn't know but they open at 11...keep in mind that was in 10min. Instead of helping me with my return he made me leave...awesome customer service. Glad there's a Nike store in the plaza now.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Manager "ARIEL" is clueless about winners circle rewards and doesn't care about making customer happy. He MADE me forefit $20 rewards on a return and I argued that the rewards are earned every $200 in sales and I shouldn't lose them. He stated that is the policy. However when I came home and looked up the policy it CLEARLY states that the rewards should be given back in a STORE CREDIT on returns. He didn't care at all that I wasn't happy. Andd come to find out he had NO IDEA what he was talking about. NEVER shopping here again.
I was here last week and buyed a pair of nike dual tone racers and due to my low arch the manager recommended a pair of orthotic insoles, I tried them and i knee it was what I was looking for, great advice from the manager named Ariel will definitely recommend my friends to buy here
I spoke to a "manager" named Rommel and when I asked to do a return he said that they don't do returns after 8.... I know for a fact that is not true because I have done a return in the past. I asked him to call the head manager who I think is named Ariel and he didn't even pick up. Terrible Service and a lying employee.
Customer service is awesome. Manager on today 8/20/15 is legit the best. She assist in the best way possible. Definitely returning.
