I have issues trusting people with my stuff , but let me tell you Humberto and his wife are awesome they really pay attention to details so I am a happy camper an a more trusting individual today ....one picture speaks more than 1k words!
The worst possible customer service from the lady with the black hair. I was charged almost $600 for a job the craftsman was confident he can do. What was returned to me was awful, crooked edges, wrinkled leather, bad leather work. I’ve had several bags fixed where I used to live and prove that this work is terrible. The lady who runs the shop responded to me saying “they would rather destroy the bag and be done with this.” This business should be blacklisted.
I went to Humberto's shoe repair Dealt with older lady with black hair at front counter she was extremely rude when I try to communicate with her that I was not satisfied with workmanship of repair. She immediately proceeded to call client that was in back of me and would not give me the courtesy of finishing my conversation. Her lack of customer service was extremely appalling. Once they have your money they do not care for customer satisfaction. Stay away!!!!
This is my first negative review ever!! But I must warn everybody, the lady in the front handling the invoices is very very rude. This is the second time I’ve tried this place and left upset and actually taken my shoes back. I believe she is the owner as she mentioned.
Brought in a jacket on a busy Sat afternoon with broken zipper that needed to be fixed that same day.Called around and every other place said "sorry we close at 4".Humbertos told me to bring it in so they could look at it. Elvira was so understanding and got the job done, with expertise, in 20 mins.
Very expensive. Wanted $85.00 or up to replace a zipper on a book bag that cost only 35.00.
Humberto’s is great! I popped in on a Saturday to have some extra holes punched in a belt, and the very nice gentleman did it for me right there! The shop also offers tailoring/alterations, knife and scissor sharpening, and of course shoe repairs and cleaning. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
Terrible work in my beloved hiking boots. They just had to glue the sole but it was poorly done. They promised them for a day and when I went to pick them up they justified the poor work saying they were not ready. I came 4 days later and boots are exactly in the same condition. Don’t leave your shoes there.
$90 for 2 kids shirts cut on bottom. I have been coming here for years and honestly at this point in my life I don’t want to spend my money with rude and disrespectful people. They are very expensive and very rude! DO NOT ALTER A SINGLE THING HERE! I’d rather go to a Hialeah lady 1 million %
I have been coming here for more than 10 years. Excellent place to bring your clothes for alterations. Its hard to find a place lime this that alters clothing in a high quality fashion. Its a hidden little gem inside Pembroke Pines.
