A car was requested in Tijuana, the rental payment was made, which they did not honor because they did not have cars available even though the total payment had already been covered. Very bad service, I had a reservation already paid for a 7-passenger van at 8 am, I arrived and the girl at the counter told me that she didn't have a van to give me. I was waiting for half an hour, I told him to give me another similar one, they had a Suburban but what was going to cost me more? Why would I have to cover the difference in the rental cost if they were the ones who did not honor my reservation even though it was already paid? Finally they found a sienna and that was the one they gave me but it was dirty, I had to wait for them to wash it. What a bad service really! My car should be ready by 8 am when I arrive!
